Broken Pics

I have gone through and reported all local pictures that were broken.

As with standard broken pic precedures, they will removed in a week if they artist doesn't fix them.

as for offsite linked pics, Those will continue to rely on people's reports.

With the approval panel, not more broken pics should be submitted to the site and I am altering the site to make sure none of them break later.
