Submitting Pictures

I submitted a picture and it has been 8 hours and it still was not put up, i did not get an e-mail saying it was rejected either. What does this mean? What should i do?

You should read the FAQ forum (like it says at the top of the page..) before posting to see if your questions are already anwserd.
