Anybody know when FFVII AC come out? I wanna see it sooo bad, big FFVII fan ya know! I know the basic story, but i want to see this because of the graphics and I want to hear Sephy and Cloud. Ive got a sad sad life! otta buy one!

I myself have been waiting for it to come out, too. I believe my otaku buddy said that it'd be out sometime between July or August, but I forget.

I know it's a DVD, but I heard Sony had plans to release it as UMD on their PSP handheld as well. And I wouldn't be anticipating a release anytime soon; last I heard, the American release was early 2005 and Japanese release at the end of 2004...

But nevertheless, I'm still somewhat excited to see this thing. But I haven't beaten FF7 yet... don't hurt me... so this waiting period'll give me some time to do that, eh? Laughing

Where ya @ in FFVII? the worst I'd do is use Sin Harvest, and I dont have any reason to do so.

I saw the preview for it at a convention I went to, and almost died! It's going to be awesome.

I'm on the last level, and I actually got up to Seph's Angel form, but got knocked out pretty quickly after his 5-minute long attack... I just need to level up and stuff, but I really hate leveling up so I haven't beaten the game yet.

I downloaded a subtitled trailer on Kazaa since my learning Japanese is going slowly, lol. I'm going to go dressed as Vincent- growing my hair out again, hehe. I can't get anyone to come with me, though :/ I guess Texas doesn't have as many FF fans as it once did...

I'm not exited about the movie. Not into those CGI movies to be blunt. I'd go see it in the theaters, but not right away, I'm sure there'd be better movies out around the same time anyway. Maybe I'd wait a few weeks when I feel like watching it, there's no reason to be in such a big hurry. The voice acting most likely won't be superb anyway. None of these English-translated Japanese games/movies are dubed well anyway. The animation would be linked to Japanese words, and our American voice actors would slaughter it anyway Sad

That's all I look for in a movie anyway, good acting and a good story.

bah! I still want to see a movie before we leave! we:ve only got 2 days left (maybe before we have to go to the airport tomorrow)

Yea, can't wait. I've seen all other characters in there (even aeris) but havent seen Yuffie, so wondering whether shes in it or out of this one.
Plus out of rumours, i have heard they may consider doing sequels to 8 and 9, but ain't been decided.

I think I saw Yuffie in a Game Pro magazine the other day, from an AC part in the mag. Is that a girl in Sephy's place!? That would be cool if they did sequels to 8 and 9!

No there's no girl replacing Sephiroth, he has his own little cult now... I don't remember the names of all of them but the one you're thinking of is like Kaji--- something. There's also Yoji or something and I think another one besides Sephiroth, but they're the "SHM" (Silver Haired Men)
