*shinigami* is god/goddess of death. it doesn:t specify by gender

*hajimemashite* is not *how are you* it:s literally *this is our first time meeting* (what you say when you first meet someone)

*teme* is actually a word for *you* but in a really really rude way

and baka is more of *idiocy* rather than *an idiot* (that:s why *baka (na)* is *stupid (insert object, etc)*

and if I were you, I wouldn:t wish to be Japanese. they love (well, most of them ) love gaijin (foreigners) so you:d be better off being an america/canadian/etc in Japan

just study hard

(I:ll be back from Japan in about 2 days guys. I:m going to Tokyo tomorrow for my last 2 days n.n see you soon!!) |

				 Genkaku sounds cool ^-^.

I like Japanese names, like Kazuki. I think it means "first of a new generation", but I'm probably wrong. I just think that's an awesome name.

Er...I'm just curious, but does anybody know how to say "fight club" in Japanese? It's been plaguing at my brain. |

fight club? I can guarantee you if you ask a Japanese person, they'll most likely say "faito kurabu" (pretty much "fight club" with a Japanese accent) if for anything because of the movie n.n lol

"to fight" is tatakau, but club is "kurabu" (again...."club" with a Japanese accent) |

there's no real literal translation of "jaa ne" but it means "later" as in "see you later"

"jaa mata ne" is like "see you again"

and "jaa ato de" is closer to " see you later" ("ato" being "after/later") |
