Okay, i can make a few things without f**king it up, or ruining one of my parents nice pans Uneasy Chili, Baked Zitti, French toast and that's about it

Well, i decided i wanted to bake this cake tonight, so i did. And well, it didn't turn out as planned. It's edible! It's taste good! My parents actually said it was good *grins with joy* But oh my god is it ugly . . . .

It came out in two seperate round pans. cooled, then being silly, i started putting the icing on one without taking it out of the pan (I am not a cook, i don't care, don't stare at me! ) Before mom pointed that out and rolled her eyes at me, the freakin cake was breaking apart on me, so instead of nice white icing like it's suppose to be, you got sprinkles and bits of chocolate cake in there WTF? I just did the top, so i went back, flipped the other out on the plate, then the iced one ontop of that so it turned out with icing in the middle! ^_^ smooth huh?

Well them i noticed the plate it was on wasn't going to give me room to icethe sides easily. so i found a big flat on, and andy (the stepdad) had to flip it over for me for fear i'd flip it on the floor <_< So them i straight it, ice outside side, and my god, i barely! barely had enough to put it on top. And in the end, this is what i got. lmfao!

THIS is why Lasher doesn't spend her time in the kitchen. To much trouble Uneasy i think i'll just work on getting the big bucks so i can eat out regularly

that cake isn't too bad looking!

my friend made an apple pie and forgot to bake the crust...then forgot to take the wax paper off of the crust (it was pre-made...)...then forgot to add sugar...

went thru 9 pies before she could make an edible one Laughing

lol. Yeah, actually, it came out okay and everything, just had a small piece of my own just now actually while watching the end of John Kerry's speech (vote for him your bastards! Bush sucks chimps ass) And it was good, moist, and very nice. I'm glad i got the white icing, vanilla cream butter or whatever. chocolate on chocolate is just to much, lol.

And yeah! it does look like an oreo cookie cake! that's what i was thinking! you know that white chocolate hersey bar with the chips in it? That's what i thought out at first, lol.

I just did not have enough icing so i was literally scrapping it off the sides so i could actually cover the top! Uneasy Andy came in and was laughing, he thought i had another thing but i didn't Laughing

Your friend though, wow, that's crazy WTF? And don't worry, when i say failures, i mean there are many! And many that were just fucked up.... i'll leave it at that though  for now....

lol @ Flea

You know what, if i wasn't so tight for money, i might have actually been silly enough to do that! WTF? Weird i know.

Man, i think i'll do this more often. I plan on making some Baked Zitti tomorrow if i can get to the store and get the sauce and mozz cheese. If i do i'll take a picture and ask what you think by look. lol! Laughing

I just hate cooking, and i'm a little crazy and confused in the kitchen. I'd had made a horrible wife back in the 50's, that's for damn sure. Well, i could do the laundry and cleaning, i'm good at that actually, but cooking, hell now. can we see tv dinner honey? Laughing I'd take a picture of my chili. Mom mom actually let me cook it this past winter on my own! Surprised yeah, i know, i'm 18, it's not like some little girl making dinner but wow, for me, yeah. lol. I've helped before but never done it on my own. It turns out, i kick her ass at it. Hers was good too! But she kinda flipped out when she tried it, joking about how she was afraid to then bam "laurel! wow, this is really good *taste* this is better than what i make! What the hell are you trying to pull?"

lol. I've had about 10-15 people at school try it even. Brought a whole f**king grocery bag of it in containers in one day, lmao! Laughing They all tried it, next thing you know, i brought it in at least two moretimes. Each time i got 2 bucks for each person who ate some! money, money, money! But it doesn't look pretty. I mean, it's chili.... yeah. lol. But it tastes damn good ^_^ I want some chili now Sad

Lol, just be careful if you make an apple pie.

My mom made one once, she hand made the crust and everything, it was perfect. So she puts it in a glass bowl-thingie and leaves it on the counter, on the wooden counter, and leaves, waiting for it to cool.

Five mintues later, the sound of shattering glass echoes from the kitchen, and low and behold...

...the pie exploded. I'm not even kidding you. There was glass and apples everywhere.

I think my dad told me that the heat from the pie created a little pocket of heat under the glass, and since there was only a wooden surface and no way for the bottom to cool of, the glass began to heat up and subsequently exploded. (I think that's what he said, I'm not sure) I swear to God, it's true!

Cake is always good, unless it's burnt, or my sister makes it.

She once made cookies.
With 3 cups of baking soda instead of 3 Tbsp.
So if you can make cake, good job.

All I care to make, however, is Ramen and possibly baked apples. That'd get me through about a month.

Then I'd start eating babies again...
