Its very good. I dont particularly like sonic, but thats a good pic of the charecters from his game.

Next time, just put it on the regular site. It'll get enough recognition, even if most people are too lazy to comment. (raises hand) sorry, but I don;t like to leave comments b/c I like all the pics.

It's not just you. Two possible reasons:

I. The picture was originally signed with a real name, and was changed on the computer to cover it up.
II. It was stolen and the original signature erased and changed.

Not pointing fingers at all, just saying those are the two options I can think of.

I already reported this person to the abuse team for the exact same reason + some. But they're still on FAC for whatever reason T.T;;;; I dunno, it's been really busy with updates and stuff

DAMN!!!! I approved this picture. I searched for an hour to see if I could find this pic anywhere else, or any of her others. Since all her art looks pretty much the same I approved it... Does this mean all of her art is stolen???

A lot of it was. Her MSpaint pictures are hers (you..can kinda tell)
but she stole a lot. they all had diff signatures too @.@;; unless she wrote over them.

Her gallery got deleted but she's uploading again T.T

Well from now on I'm gonna be taking a lot of time on each picture. Looking through their gallery and at sigs and stuff.. I usually just look at the pic, the category, two pics in their gallery.. and if it all looks fine then i'll approve.. but that obviously isn't enough

I love Denis, and I know he's busy, but he really needs to ban these people. Raymei... we should start making a list of people who constantly steal art numerous times and don't listen to the warnings. Too bad I didn't find this earlier... I'm banning this girl from the forums for stealing artwork and claiming it as her own.

Layz...if you wanna put that much effort into it, that's cool, but it could get backed up pretty quickly. Since we still do have the abuse reporting, I think matters of theft from other artists can be left to those browsing the site (unless someone on the panel recognizes an image). I just judge on an individual image basis. If it's theft from another artist, it's much easier and more efficient to have those viewing report it. That way those people are put on the wall of shame, as well, not just denied the ability to upload.

Unless Denis would prefer that much background work, but as it is, for every image I approve/reject, there's 2 or 3 new ones uploaded, especially right around now and early evening.

Yeah, you know, Kate....back before I got to be a Mod, I had TONS of people I had either warned or was keeping on eye on, etc.
o.o, i could kick myself for each and every one of those names that I didn't write down. u.u I overestemated my memory.
I used to have time to browse the site and stuff, but now with my new job and it being the middle of the term @.@;;; I'm find comp time scarce (so you could imagine what my drawing/writing/lounging time is suffering) lol

Soon as personal stuff dies down, I'll get back on it with a notebook in my hand lol n.n

I had an idea. T.T after we had problems with this "ren_rulez" and that "Crh...something" guy.....perhaps we as the approval team members should have a "black list"
Pretty much a list of highly suspicious people. Then stuff like this stolen fanart wouldn't have gotten by n.n I think it would be better to have that sort of communication between us.

I'll post a new thread in the suggestions thingy tomorrow. (it's late right now) uh....just check out "all my posts" tomorrow to find it lol

It's really sad that you have to steal art to get attention. When people comment on it they aren't commenting on [i]your stuff[/i] anyway. To them you're just a screen name... more of a gallary of other people's stuff. This site is for people to look at art, and one of the same piece is enough. It's also a site to get recognition for your own work, so I don't know how you can feel anything but ashamed when people comment.

You are pathetic.
