Heh... well, Freddy VS Jason had the highest Kill count, so is therefore the best.

And that's how I guage movies.

Actually, if it counts, I'd probably have to say Rocky Horror..... which doesn't really have much to do with that slasher-type horror, or even scary type horror (though I've seen guys who didn't bat an eyelash at Texas Chaisaw Massacre and Freddy VS Jason shriek like little girls as soon as TIm Curry showed up...) but is a classic. And The Ring brings back happy memories, so I'm very fond of it.

Anything else? Oh.... THE CREEPER IS MY SEXY BEAST!!!! *licks a window*

I chose Nightmare on Elmstreet series. It was either that or Halloween. Not all of the Halloween movies though. Mainly just the first two. Halloween III season of the witch or whatever it was was okay... just a lil on the strange side. I like a lot of the old Full Moon Production films, such as Demonic Toys. i think though, Slumber Party Massacre II is my favorite horror movie. It's not really scary, but it's funny as hell Smile The killer is like the 80's rockin guitar player dude who kills people with a drill which is located at the end of his guitar Smile It was scary for me when I was 8 though when I first saw it... but I got it for my birthday last year.. and ... it seems it's not as scary as i remembered ;)

The Hellraiser series was okay. Once again not all of them but some. I think I liked two or three... I forget. It's been awhile since I've seen them. A strange one was SleepAway Camp. That movie was messed. I would like to see it again.. just to see if it makes more sense to me now that i'm older. I saw it when I was 8.. same night i saw slumber party massacre II ... Smile

My favourite that's on the list is Child's Play. I mean come on people! It's a freakin' homicidal doll! You just can't beat that!

Though my all time favourite is Basket Case. Awesomely horrendous movie, though only about four people have ever heard of it....

I don't get to watch a lot of horror movies, but out of the ones I've seen, I like the movie House On Haunted Hill, it's not that good but I love it for some odd reason.
I don't know how old it is though...... But I thought it was pretty good, considering my parents are anti-horror movie.....

Anyone ever see Langalere?(Sp?) The books by Steph(v?)en King.. The movie sucked.... I thought it was terrible.

I also liked Child's Play, although I've only seen the first and pieces of the rest, but they were pretty creepy, considering I saw the first one when I was like 5 or something. I locked my dolls in the closet that night... That's what those movies do to you at midnight when that is your biggest fear as a young child, that your dollies will turn on you. O.O

Freddy vs. Jason has got to be the best damn horror movie ever! I love Jason better in that movie, though. That explains my avatar.

Paru- Basket Case was okay. I saw 1&2.. but I don't remember ever seeing the third one. And if you like homicidal dolls then I recommend Demonic Toys. Look it up on ebay or something Smile It's an awesome movie. Much like all Full Moon Production films it isn't meant to be taken seriously but i still think it was pretty cool.. they gotta mean ass jack in the box... a scary teddy bear... a baby oopsy doll with an attitude... and some other f*ckers I can't remember.

Puppet Master series was pretty cool too :)

Hellraiser was pretty scary. If I am alone at night I wouldn't be able to watch it. Hellraiser 3 was my favorite.

Priest: You'll burn in Hell for this!
Pinhead: Burn? Oh such a limited imagination. (Pulls out some of his flesh) This is my body. This is my blood. Happy are they who come to my supper. (Feeds the flesh to the priest).

Or something like that. i got that from site. Only I thought it was "you humans have such limited imagination. I guess not Smile

I think i'll get that movie again. I need to build my horror collection Smile Right now I want Demonic Toys, Sleepaway Camp trilogy, and Hellraiser3 for sure Smile

I got all 6 Hellraisers a few years ago. Unfortunately, they didn't have 1-3 on dvd back then, so I got some low quality ones from Hong Kong. I love em for it!

The best one is 2! When that guy starts cuttin' himself up with the razor on the bed... I can't watch!

Another scary one is Jackass the movie... huh? you say?! Try watching the part where they give themselves papercuts between their toes, and fingers and try not to cringe!-R
