We've all had to have at least ONE movie that made us shed at least one tear! Come on, don't be shy and tell us about it! I'll start....

Well, the movie that had me crying was...Pet Sematary 2...I was crying near the ending, because I'm an animal lover, and I hate seeing other animals die, even when it's in the movies, and when Drew's dog, Zowie was shot by Gus, and Drew was holding his dog as it died, oh, my god, I hate to admit it, but that just made me cry...lol...yeah, that's about the only movie that made me cry...

Unless you count the time I almost cried at the end of watching Cats the musical...but, then again...*shakes head* never mind..lol...well, your turn, peeps!

(That's my nickname for you people, okay? Don't mind me... Laughing )

Bleh... no offense, but people who get upset over animals that die in movies really leave a bad taste in my mouth- Unless of course the animal is a major character, then it's understandable- but when something like a cat just walks across the screen and then gets eaten in the next scene and someone insists on crying on and on about it.... that irks me.... makes me remember all the crap that PETA spews out all the time. Sorry, I just had the need to say that *recently had some lecture from a friend about how it's worse to kill animals than people because animals are so "innocent" and "pure"*

Anyway, I try not to cry when I watch movies because it causes that massive black eye makeup (see avatar) to run into my eyes and turn the white part grey, but a few movies get me. Just about anything by Miyazaki (sp?) does the trick, and I always cried when I watched Homeward Bound when I was little (becasue sometimes the animals do get me...), most recently was when I saw Big Fish last week.... I don't know why everyone hates that movie so much, I thought it was really good. Oh, Paulie got me all teary too.... I've got a soft spot for those little parroty type birds *hugs her lovebird*

THat's all I can think of that made me cry.... but I felt so bad for Jason in Freddy VS Jason when Freddy's making him go through that little flashback bit where he remembers all the kids picking on him..... Aww.... You just wanna scoop up his big ol' rotting corpse and give him a hug.....

I remember when I was little, Rugrats in Paris made me cry . . . .. It still does, the part when Chuckie was on the plane and thinking about how he wanted a mom made me tear up.

. . . . I'm so pathetic...

The Lion King made me cry too, and so did Big Fish (I too really loved that movie!)

((PS. You might not want to attach that Av pic on all of your posts, it wastes board space. If you want, you can sign up at Photobucket.com and save it on your signature Wink ))

What movie made ME cry? hm............ well i think it would either be cnfessions of a teenaged drama queen(JOKING!!!@) that movie was soo "sad"....... Laughing

Or not....

I cried when I watched the butterfly effect. now THAT was a sad movie!!! He had kept trying to make it so that everyone there could live happy, and so that he could have what's her face, but he couldn't, something would always go wrong, so he watches a film of his birth, goes back to that time, and kills himself so no one would ever meet him, the kids would go live with their mother, and they had a wonderful life ::starts bawling::

Um, Return of the King made me cry- when Frodo was finally leaving. That part was so sad-- I wasn't bawling or anything, but I did shed some tears. Other movies I cried at were: Big Fish, The Passion... Super Troopers had me crying because I was laughing so hard- does that count? O_o

This is off topic but I have a request for teentitansfanatic, there's be much argument over people attaching images after EVERY post they make. It takes up site resources and in most cases are very annoying, especially if it's the same damn picture. Please, if you really like that pic, put it as an avatar or better yet, put it in your signature. It'll save us and you a lot of trouble. Please keep posted pictures relevant to the topic. Thanks for your cooperation.

The first movie I remember that made me cry was Awakenings starring Robert De Niro, and Robin Williams. That was about 13 years ago. I would have been about 11 or 12. If anyone hasn't seen that movie I recommend it.

Another Robin Wililams movie that made me cry was The Fisher King, which came out about a year after Awakenings. I think I cried when it showed what happend to his wife in his flashbacks, or his hallucinations.

I get all teary eyed watching the Lion King. It's just so sad when his daddy dies :)

I never cried while watching titanic. I was a big Leonardo DiCaprio fan, and at the time I loved the movie, but it never made me cry. It was a little too sappy. I would like to see the movie again to see what I think of it now. I remember I just really liked the beginning where it's in black and white. Smile A Night To Remember probably made me cry though... because although it lacked special effects, it was focused more on the tragedy, then on some silly love story. I saw Titanic 13 times in the theater. I still have my ticket stubs.. although they are all faded out.. and everytime I saw it I got so annoyed by all the sniffing from people around me.... ugh.. i saw it one time with my dad.. not cool having to sit next to him when the nude scene happened.

The second time I saw Romeo&Juliet (1996 starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes) I got all teary eyed....

What's Eating Gilbert Grape got me sad the first time I saw it. When the mother dies and Arny starts with his nervous nose flickn twitch type thing. And then runs outside screaming. "Mama stop it now!"...

Hmm...movies don't usually get to me enough to make me cry.
Actually, the only time I think I ever cried during a movie was when that alien got all shriveled up in Cocoon. Sad I have a big soft spot for aliens.

Moives that made me cry in no particular order.

1. Forest Gump (how fca
2. Radio (if this movie doesnt make you cry you have no soul)
3. Rudy
4. Field of Dreams
5. Hoosiers
6. The Longest Yard

hmm.... 5 out of 6 are sports movies, I wonder what I connect with....

I cried at the end of A Walk To Remember, Mandy Moore was actually quite good in that movie. I was watching it with friends and they practically never see me cry, and they rushed to get a camera... Just goes to show you how much free time my friends have... <_<

I cried at The Lion King, and a lot of other movies I can't remeber right now.....

I got teary-eyed at the end of Titanic, but everyone around me was bawling... it actually got quite annoying, they were still crying while walking out of the movie! And they parked next to where we parked and they were still crying... It mainly annoyed because they kept screaming, "Why did he have to die!" Because that way, it makes it a even better movie.
