I will! But do you plan on getting rich any time soon, because until I'm 18, I'm in lockdown for the rest of my life <.< |

You know, that would be really awesome if we could get together and meet people from this site... highly unlikely, but hey, I'd be up for it!! It'd be neat to actually meet the real person behind the drawings...
Hey, if we had it during Anime Evolution, I might actually be able to go for sure, because I live in BC... Makes in easier for us Canadians... or the ones on the west coast... I believe Burnaby would be about... 3-4 hour drive, including the ferry ride...
Hey, Gray, bouncy castles?? I am SOO there!! Can you imagine a bunch of drunk young people jumping in a bouncy castle?? Ooh, the injuries...
*sigh* if only it could be made a reality... *starts imagining* I wonder who would show up... |

We had a work BBQ a small while ago. It was hawaiin style and grass skirts were worn and there was a limbo contest and allsorts. Including the bouncy castle which is where I got the idea. It was ok at first, we had a laugh and such but the later it got, the drunker people were getting. Everyone was having bursts of random energy just running around, drunken and jumping everywhere on the castle etc.
Long story short at the very end of the night, the people were taking the castle back with broken glass on it and puke in it and everything.
Not one of my most enthralling nights but it was a hell of a lot of fun I can assure you. That is my life ambition (I don't ask for much) To throw the best party the average person is likely to see ever (*not rock stars n s**t.. nothin beat's that.. snortin' coke off a hooker's ass and trashing the room etc.. One can only dream of the possibilities )

 Yipes... I'd hate to be the person that got to clean off that poor abused bouncy castle afterwards... yum... I'd probably make it worse if I had to...
Apparently you don't ask for too much, Gray *grin* all I ask is that you invite me... as long as there is none of the so-called rockstar-type actions you mentioned... yipes... too much for me.. |

Con is an awsome idea. My parents really wouldn't care. I'm 19 so there's nothing they can really do to stop me from going anywhere. Though as of now my flow of cash is pretty tight with college tuition and all so the only con I can ever aford to go to is AnimeBoston. Which if anyone does happens to go to in 2005 I will be there with a friend. We're planning a panel together, a "Bishie Auction" XD. I'm also getting a table at the Artist's alley for the first time, hurrah!
But yeah FAC con would be spiffy. I'll do my stand-up comedy routine for you all. Ha ha... not likely my jokes are very bad _________________

Everyone's planning these things waaaaaay up north. Lol, I think the farthest my parents would take me is Atlanta, GA. Even if I drove, they'd have to come along for money... but it would be fun, if it ever happened. ^_^ _________________ 222.

Since a FAC convention is far from happening any day soon T_T Why not do it this way.
On Eoff, a site i use to go to daily, new the people very well, etc etc, they have meet ups all over the country.
Northwest (Portland, Seattle, Vancouver)
Southwest (Los Angels, San Diego, San Fran, Las Vegas, Pheonix)
Northeast (Boston, New York City, Buffalo, Portland (maine), Ottawa, Toronto, Washington D.C.)
Southeast (Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa, Miami, Nashiville)
Midwest (Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis Oklahoma City)
South (New Orleans, Dallas, Houston)
Examples *points up*
If people in those areas want to get together. Name a place, time, and date, and pray some people can meet up. I know the guys on Eoff have been doing it for the longest time. I was suppose to go to NYC and meet up some old friends from there but i had to work (when my boss actually had work for me ) |

Canada isn't "way up north" .... sorry.. it may be north of the states, but I don't really like when it's referred to as "up north" K... ya. I'll shut up now. lol. Sorry. It's just my pet peeve. But this isn't about that. So.
I think that separate cons would be a great idea. But then we couldn't really meet some of the people... but, oh well. If we really want to meet someone, we can do that on our own time, right? lol. I live in Winnipeg which is closest to Toronto I guess...

Ah, sorry about that... but from down here in Florida, Canada does seem way up north. _________________ 222.

I love Canadian accents. Sorry, way off topic, but I had to say it.
I know we are beating a dead horse into the bloodied, pulpy ground, but i too would like to go to an FAC con. It is a great idea. I agree that it would be alot of money, and like the idea of meeting at an already existing con and setting up a booth or something.
I'm in Ohio and have no idea where any cons are being held, so could someone help orient me, here? _________________

I've never heard anyone say they like Canadian accents before. Lol.
Anyway, i was on comicconventions.com and there's something called the mid-ohio con. Just thought I'd tell you about it:
