I recently noticed that this board has a maximum amount of emoticons in a post. That is a very understandable and reasonable, because it does prevent n00bish posters to abuse it.

But there is one problem. How can we, the regular users of the spam board, go on with our business if we are limited in the amount of smileys we can post? Which self respecting spammer can say they can only post 12 smileys (give or take a few) because they are restricted by the forum.

Obviously not everybody thinks of spam as an form of art, and I can understand it, many people do tend to be very incompetent in their spam posts, but for the few spammers out there, that really do want to do some good, out of all the sites in the world, this one should recognize the artform behind it, and give us spammers our smileys back. We need them . . . .

therefore, the Organised Spam movement has decided to "take actions" in order to give us the smileys back. If this will be ignored, really bad things will happen...

I dont recall ever seeing an option limiting the number of Smilies in a post, if sombody else can find such an option in the Invision Power Board v1.2 documentation I'll consider changing it.

Or if there is no such option, I'd consider changing the code to remove the limit if sombody finds and tells me the line number and file the limit is in.

I have no problem with removing it, I just dont care enough to find out how.
