Japanese Music

Ok I've been to Japan... and all that bizness. And I got the stupid fetish with their hoochies..... don't know why. But here's my list of good...rr of the japanese bands I like and listen too.

Buffalo Daugther - they rock soo damn hardcore with their psychedelic sound
Cornelius - dude is weird, but point is a good album
Love Psychedelico - they rock
Puffy - I saw them live, oh yeah
Aiko - her voice could be annoying to most, but hey I like it
Chihiro Onitsuka - kinda peaceful... graceful bizness, makes ya wanna cry
Ayumi - but only the old stuff, and when I'm in the rare mood for it
Kyoko Fukada - yeah she's got some good stuff on her earlier cd
Kenji Kawaii - I got both ghost in the shell soundtracks now
Akira soundtrack - I think the composer's name is genioh yamashirogumi
Perfect blue OST - it's got some really sweet tracks, very dark
Ulfuls - nobody I know can stand these guys, but i listen to them

My friend did send me the BoA cd, but I listened to about 3 tracks off it and it's been collecting dust ever since. I won't touch anything R&B... especially if it's japanese r&b yuck!! In any case, I'm off my japanese music kick. Right now I'm getting a little goth, and some other worldly music.

Well, I don't mind Ayumi Hamasaki, even if she is so huge and popular. At least she isn't dressed in practically no clothes at all and singing about guys and sex constantly. This might be just the music I listen to, but most music I hear from Japanese groups are much deeper than American pop and stuff.

I heard Gackt is a good singer, and I hear L'arc~en~ciel EVERYWHERE. I have to get around to listening to them.
