Your Fave Artist?

I'm totally with everyone else, Rei-chan your art totally rocks, you're definately one of my favorite artists!
I don't think i could ever pick just one favorite though, there are so many talented artists on this site. A few more of my favorites:

hmm I like Meruchans work it looks pretty professional, Pienemien of course, Marla because her art is like WHOA looks like actual cel, Ammotu has a nice style and good realism stuff and finally my slave poonyo rocks even though she says she doesn't.

But were all good artists in our own right except for me.....well we are our worst critics I suppose. Well I am anyway.

I'm also a big fan of seifer-sama. His CG work is something I hope to achieve one day on my own.

I also recently discovered the fav artist thing. haha, 30 something people. I really wish I could so who they were, though, cause I'd like to thank them all.
I'm like that, I guess. I appreciate the people who appreciate my art.

There are a few really good artists out there on the net who know it and they're real obnoxious and treat their fans like crap. That pisses me off. > Sad

^__^ Same goes to me. I do that when I found out who put me into their faves.But of coz,sometimes I missed out a few... ^^;; Isami-san,i agree with you. Those who treat their reviewers so badly really piss me off too. Lately I put someone into my fave but then the name of the artist is not in my list! -___-;; Wonder if anyone here happened to have this too??

My fave artist is Yukiru Sugisaki who is the artist of the manga D.N. Angel, Pilot Candidate for Goddess and Lagoon Engine. I love her artworks so very much and she is one of those artists who can capture the reality within an anime artwork and heck good with shadings. I envy her! :wub:

I dont usually pick an artist off a site Im on, but for the type of art that I enjoy looking for on the net, and for the quality of her work, I have to choose Diathene. her work in fantasy art is exceptional!

Can't disagree with that...even though his art was a little bit harder for me to enjoy after people started pointing out all of the eroticism in it. I'm trying to just see it as cool, creepy fantasy art and I have these people screaming "Look! It's a huge vagina!"

As for FAC, it's difficult to find a favorite. I've been more focused on getting my own work out to the public than looking at others'. It also doesn't help that I have such peculiar tastes in art.... At this point mainly zakuman (for his impressive grasp of the female figure) and JAYCEE (for their knack for realism) come to mind.

That is exactly [i]why [/i]I like it. The sensuality of all of his peices is fantastic, and he ofen portrays it an ways that make people feel uncomfortable. Good stuff indeed.

He designed the Alien. Ever noticed how erotic it is, in its movements and form? His original design for the alien in the 3rd movie had a lower jaw shaped much like a woman's, with a slender jaw and full lips. It killed you by litterally kissing you, it's spiked tongue drilling into the back of your skull. If thats not sensual, I don't know what is. ^_^

I have favorite artists but they're all on Deviantart..since I'm new here I haven't seen much.

My favorite professional has to be Ayami Kojima though. I'm a sucker for watercolors. Todd McFarlane is another favorite.. The artists that did those old Valiant Mario comics, HR Giger, even the ever-psychotic Stan Lee are amongst my favorites.
