I comment on all pictures that deserve it, so i think other people should too.

Then again, since you didn't provide us with any links to your stuff, we can't firmly say that this is Self-Promotion material....

I'm open to a talk about the nature of commenting, i.e. why we comment on pics and why we don't, if anybody else is. Show of hands, anyone?

Bunny, not all topics receive immediate attention. Some times you gotta wait a few days before someone takes intrest and sparks up a conversation, kay? ^_^

As for commenting, I comment on stuff I think deserves it. If someone spent hours on a picture, doesn't it deserve 30 seconds of my time to add a kind remark? I'm more likely to comment on ignored art, however. If someone's work has a bajillion comments, I'll try to find something just as great that may only have two or three comments. That way people know their work is appreciated when no one else seems to show it. I also comment on people's work if they comment on mine. Just returning the favor.

If I think the picture looks good enough, or if I'm interested in the picture's subject (or better yet, if I like the subject of the art [i]and[/i] think it's a good-looking picture), I will probably comment on it.

What form of madness could posess you to do such a thing? At least keep the highres scan files on your computer's hard drive so you have access to them later when you need to....

...or do you use a public computer for scanning and uploading?
