the little devil is trying to delete my comments that expose her for the art theif she really is. that's ok, i have them all saved on my computer. :)
ok everyone, we've just recently two helpful links that contain three more stolen pictures of hers. look at nightweaver's profile for more info. the links may need a bit of editing, partly because the links are really, really long and this site only supports up to a few dozen characters or url text at a time. well, you should be able to make the links work, happy hunting!
if some moderators or site helpers care to help out the cause, that would be great. aren't you all on the ball, eh?
edit:
ok, i've been around at some sonic forums asking for help in whether or not they've seen some of the acclaimed stolen pieces before. hopefully they'll be more helpful in our search.

i haven't emailed anyone, but one other user e-mailed one of the "victims." i just wanna have fun with this while it lasts for the time being, later i'll report it and booya! one less liar to go around. ^_^
so yeah, i'll e-mail them all soon. i saved a list of all the artist's e-mails.
currently we've found half of her stuff to be stolen. one site she stole from had a list of about three different artists she stole from. we're pretty sure these accounts aren't all hers. |

What are the emails of the original artists? If you don't feel like emailing them right now then email the abuse team and they will take care of it. No point in dragging this out longer if you already have all this proof and emails. I would look through all of your links to find the emails... but i'm too sick and tired to go through that right now. _________________ |

DON'T post these things on the forums. And DON'T contact the offending artist about it. Privately email the abuse team with your complaint and evidence, and it will be taken care of (though if contacting anyone else such as suspected original artists is required, it'd be nice if you did that first). Otherwise the artist can delete everything, and nothing will be done.
Yeah, it's all dramatic to post it in public, but a lot of stealing artists have deleted all their pictures before they could be banned because people posted "THIEF" comments all over.
EDIT: and all it takes is ONE stolen picture with proof to get them banned, by the way _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

yeah,I saw four or five of her pics at Team Artail! So,I do have links to that area where those pics are! So I think she's just "borrowing" those pics. Time to return them! I already told the artist of Sonicgear that Nightweaver was using the pics,i also gave them a link so they can get to 'em! |

We have contacted to abuse team numerous times and have been for a while and nothing has been done. This is the only way we can get their attention. Over two monthes ago I e-mailed several cases of stolen pictures and still nothing has been done. There's nothing else we can do. _________________

Gosh, I've been a victim before. Someone stole my Yugi fanart and claimed it as theirs. I got contacted by this gal who told me. At first, i couldn't believe and thought it was a simple misunderstanding. I mean, who in the right mind will put so much effort in pretending to be someone they weren't? Then I read the "artist's" comments on the page and was just like: "WTF?" I mean, she made it *really* convincing that the work was hers, right down to the "emotion" she was feeling when doing them. Hell, "I" even second-guessed myself. :P
I'm looking over this artist's work in general and it isn't really consistent. The styles are different. I can tell she took drawings from various artists but at the same time, made sure to take two-three from each of 'em to make her "gallery" consistent. However, if you look closely at the pics they're different. In fact, I can probably "categorize" which pics were done by one artist from another. Example: that "Blade's comic" style/coloring is very loose and gestural. This artist seems to be going for an expressionist-like quality. He isn't really concerned with details, he/she is more with conveying the dark atmosphere. On the other hand, "The Dark Hedgehog" is consumed with detail that suggests the artist really wanted to draw the hell outta this pic. This artist isn't as consumed with expression, more substance.
Granted, every artist goes through a "phase" as they try to experiment which style suits them best. And some are so good they can do any style they want. But each artist unconsiously displays their "signature" (style/choic of theme/etc) consistency in their work. These are subtle and often overlooked. Example, check out the line weights on each picture in the gallery. They vary. Any artist, even if they're experiemented, usually tend to use one type of line weight for more than 5 pics. If she really did all these works then I congratulate her for being EXTREMELY experimental since her lines are going all over the place. She's got some sketchy lines. Bold lines. Fragile lines.
Also, her comment on the "Dark Hedgehog" comment page of doing this while doing her "homework" sounds ridicously untrue. It's like making the great pyramid at Giza in one day. Unless her homework lasted three days and she had photoshop on hand, this comment of hers doesn't really hold up. Hell, if I were a thief, I'd AT LEAST make up lies that made sense. :P
One last thing... that stuff about her teaching in classes and taking school time off for FAC is total BS. I've been close to the district since I was a kid, mainly because my mom works at an elementary school and my sis and I always volunteered. My sis is a teacher too so I know my school stuff and I know these type of "priveldges" she's getting are totally not true. Any school doesn't tolerant this type of behavior. They want to treat each student with equality, otherwise there's the risk of lawsuits from others students (and their parents). Even if you're bloody Van Gogh, expect to be treated like everyone.
All right, so after endless times editing this thing (lol), I'll leave one final thing. I think it'd be great to seal this deal. Yeah, it's funny seeing this charade go on. Hell, when I found out about the thief who stole my work I waited a day to have myself a good laugh. But... I think this should end a.s.a.p. And should she be put on the Wall of Shame, we can think fondly of this moment. |

Heh... there is a good thing to prevent or solve such problems! ^_^
Since I work as Conceptual and Graphic Artist in the GamingIndustry 80% of all the art I drew don't gets puplished by me on my sites or in galleries... because my firm owns it (they own me in other words ) I am not allowed to puplish conceptart of future-games because the net isn't save, everybody can copy it. After my art got stolen I searched for it, (after I got a nice tip) and finally with the fact that I make money with my works I send that person a mail with a creditcard/paypal payment option to pay me for my work.. and WOW.. you should see how fast the pics were gone!
Greetings!! And BE GONE... these &%$% people..!
(Damn.. I can't believe that only 20% of my art is out of my freetime... yaryar... *faints*) _________________ - hmm... did someone say "MUFFIN"? - |
