Seen it, hated it, i am now scared of cupboards, attics, cats, japan, etc etc
I thought it was a bit to similar to the ring, but it was too scary for my liking. I had my jacket covering my face the whole time.
When that guy falls off the balcony in the opening scene...hahahahaha NOW that was funny!
That noise is scary too..the mad "aaaaaaaahh" one. When the scary wife thing phones the sister at work and starts doing it down the phone...that was me screaming!   |

Blech. Lame. There was nothing scary about it except "boo!" moments of stuff popping out. The concept wasn't scary at all because everyone in the movie is a moron. "Gee, I know this house is haunted, but I'm still gonna go see what that noise is". You can't relate to the story at all, so what's scary about it? I'm not worried some dead chick's gonna suck me into the attic... Now, a movie that gets in your head and still messes with you long after it's over, that's a scary movie.
The dead chick was too funny. Possibly the dumbest sound effect ever. Plus there were a bunch of 14-year-old girls screaming throughout the entire thing 'cause they couldn't get into any of the cool movies. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Yes I agree it was REALLY lame....but it did scare me... ^_^ I had to sleep with the light on for 2 weeks and yesterday was the first day that I didn't...it really messed with my head tho....I thought the dead wife was going to come out behind my bed and kill me...there are birds outside my window that make the SAME exact noise as she did!!!! I think the spongebob movie saved me...I'm really a dork |

I can see the scary movie people making a scary movie 3 with the grude....that would be hilarious!! The shining sounds kinda creepy.....maybe I'll see it when I'm older.... ^_^ I watched scary movie 3 in drama last year, and it has to be the dumbest movies, but I liked it. It was funny |

Last year, I forced my babysitter (I'm thirteen! <_<) and her boyfriend to watch it with me and she got over it last month! Every time we left I shouted, "Toshio! Watch the house while we're out!" just to freak her out - it worked. And, best of all, I have three cats (two are black and one is tiger-striped) and they love to seemingly pop up out of nowhere. Seriously, out of all the adults and some people my age, I'm braver than most of 'em. My frind even said that 'If Grace is creeped out, then I'm not going!'

Honestly, I liked it and hated it at the same time. I liked how creepy and all that little boy was, and I like being scared so bit of the movie were really good, but otherwise, it was NOT good.
My older cousin played a prank on me right after I watched it for the first time, too, so that only added to it. *note to older siblings-hiding in your younger relative's room after they watch that movie, then making that sound when they're about to fall asleep is NOT funny!* |
