No way that's going to happen! :P

If you don't know jack about resizing or cropping, then we're going to make sure you learn it ^_^

For now I'll just give the MS Paint version tutorials.

Resizing an image in MS Paint:

Under the Image menu, select "Stretch/Skew" (or hit Ctrl+W). A dialog box will appear. Notice the two numbers next to "Horizontal" and "Vertical". These are your scalars. They are percentages, and the default value is 100. 100=100% = no stretching or resizing. Type in a smaller number to shrink the image, or a larger number to stretch it. Make sure to type the same number into both boxes so that you don't resize its width or height differently (which will make the image look "squished" in one direction). For example, to reduce the image to half size, type 50 in both boxes. To stretch the image to double size, type in 200.

A word of caution: you will lose some image quality due to the way MS Paint does its resizing.

Cropping an image in MS Paint:

This one's much easier. Using the rectangular selection tool, select the area of the image you want to keep. Then choose "Copy" from the Edit menu (or hit Ctrl+C).

Next, go to the "Image Attributes" command under the Image menu (or hit Ctrl+E). Here is where you can change the width and height allowed for your image. Type in a small number, like 1 wide and 1 high, then hit OK.

Don't worry about what happened to your image after hitting OK. Choose "Paste" from the Edit menu (or hit Ctrl+V). MS Paint will ask you if you want to enlarge the bitmap to fit the clipboard's data. Say Yes, and the portion of image you selected in the first step will reappear. Voil, you have now cropped the image!
