Help Fac

There are many improvments I would like to make to FAC, not all of which I have time to deal with, so this thread will be the opertunity for bored people with nothing better to do, to help out.

Here is the first one.
FAC needs a new links system. I want to setup a large links system with lots of links to good art tutorials and other such resources, but first I need to find a links script, because I really dont want to go to the large effort of making a good one.

I need help finding a [b]good[/b] [i]free[/i] links script preferably written in php, tho cgi is also ok (no asp, this is a unix server).
I like In-link so a free one that looks somewhat like that would be good.

Hmm, well, nobody seems interested in that so doesn't look like a new links system will be added anytime soon.

On to the next thing.

I'm planning on starting advertising FAC some to increase its population, but I need a banner to do that. The existing banners could be used, but aren't really suited for advertising.

So, anyone want to make FAC an advertising banner?

Must be 468x60px and I'm looking for animated ones.

I can try and give it a shot. What's file size limit, you think? Cause I'd want to try and include all the features the site has.
Which could be a little insane.
But I like insane things. ^^

Right, and what do you mean by animated? Like, animated GIF or Flash animation stuff?

Animated gif would probebly be best, not all sites allow flash banners.

I dont know what file size limit, just keep it to somthing reasonable.
