Playing this game.. I see it, but I can't believe it. It's the work of the devil or something. Full high res textures, shining surfaces, light effects, sounds and music, and all that in 5000 to 10000 times less disk space than most modern games. Mind boggling.

It runs like crap on my pc, so unless you have a really good system, it's not going to work. You'll need at least more than 512 mb ram, probably 1024, because I think that's the main problem in this case, since the entire game content is being made on the fly.
they say the minimum requirements are a 1,5 gig processor, and at least 512 mb ram, and a videocard minimum of ati radeon 8500 or gforce 3 with 1.3 pixel shader technology. I have a pentium 4 2 gig 512 mb ram, and gforce fx (5200, but still above the requirements) and from what I can tell, my best guess would be about 3 frames per second on average. |

well smack me with a paddle and call me joseph, whadda ya know... it doesn't even run on my computer. it loads about 1/20 of the way then crashes. <_<
looks like a hardcore game, wish i could play it, my computer is crap though. i read the readme file and i have to say, i'm impressed! all that stuff is compressed in a creative way, i'm suprised no one has tried it before! actually, on second thought... no i'm not. it figures game developers never choose this way to create and compress games. it runs like s**t. 3 fps on your computer? that's pretty bad man... i think i'd prefer the classic fully developed texture and model games we have today. although it's an interesting concept, it just simply is NOT convinient for anyone.
looks like a kick-ass game though, really has the potential for changing the gaming industry. :o

okay I played it some more.. and on the later stages in the game it's more like 1 frame per second But I finished it anyway. As far as gameplay goes, it's not a great game, but it's amazing to play when you think about the technology behind it. |
