It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.

The only reason I didn't vote Samus is because she'd be fighting all alone. Maybe the Chozo would help her, though. Samus is still a kick-ass character, though. ^_^

I would say Samus and the Mario team would win. (Also if it wasn't for the Mario game we probably wouldn't even have the Zelda series. Mario started it all!)

The entire Mario crew armed with Yoshis and a HUGE horde of Yoshis following them THAT's overkill. Although... *pictures Bowser and Wario trying to ride a Yoshi:*
