Okay, I feel kinda stupid 'bout what I said 'bout how cool it was that you knew someone who was gay. It really isn't that big of a deal. I guess I thought it was so cool at first was because my town's border-line homophobic so there's no one like that here. Believe me, I wish there were for diversity's sake. But sadly, not counting the theater, my town is homophobic. <_<

Okay, I'm in one of those, I-hate-myself moods today. Probably for good reason too since I was pretty much a bitch today. You see, all day I was planning on going to the mall with Jess after school and in the midst of our planning on which shops to go to I just remembered that Rian planned to come over to my house and bake cookies. At this point I felt guilty for forgetting but I was also kind of annoyed with Rian 'cuz honestly, this was all his idea and I have no intrest in baking whatsoever. I came home in high spirits though 'cuz I figured that I could go to the mall with Jess anytime and this is only once a year. Well, after baking four batches, I felt sick (probably from eating cookie dough while baking) and I needed to lay down. And I did and I realized that I would really rather watch TV than bake so I just milked out the sickness as much as I could. Now this always happens when Rian comes over. I dunno why. I will admit that he annoys me sometimes and sometimes he annoys me a lot and I really don't want to see him. Today he annoyed me a lot. I think it was because he planned all of this without telling me much except that it was gonna be on Wednesday and we're baking cookies. Also, he just...I dunno...seems not to act his age sometimes. I mean, sure he can talk to my mom and other adults well but when he talks to me or Kevin, its like I'm talking to my little brother. I don't want to feel like that when talking to a friend my age. I know, this is mean. This is why I hate myself 'cuz he really shouldn't annoy me 'cuz he's really nice but God...he just can drive me crazy sometimes! My mom was really mad at me 'cuz she knew that I was faking my sickness after I watched TV for two hours. She talked to me about it and I did feel really bad and I cried. I should've sucked it up and made the best of it. But I'm tellin' ya, next year this is gonna be at his house (our house was a disaster area when we were done and my mom had to clean it up since I was a lazy person and didn't bother helping.) And were not making so many freaking cookies! He doubled every single batch so they took like five hours to make. Yeah, I love Rian but what can you do with all those cookies? And then he asks my mom if she can make a cookie platter for Kevin and Marth at school. Rian has high hopes. Thats all I can say. I'm sorry, I'm just venting. I'm mad at myself 'cuz I shouldn't be mad at Rian. I should talk to him about this. But what do I say? "Rian, you really annoy me sometimes. I feel like you don't look at things the way a teen should. I feel like I'm talking to my little brother and I don't want that. You could be so much better if you just matured yourself a little. Join drama or something! Just do something for your life besides cartoons and baking." Yeah, it wouldn't go so well. <_<

Oookay...'nuff 'bout that 'cuz its just getting mean and I don't want to be like that. Dude! I feel like such a dumbass. I knew the name sounded familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. I guess I thought it was a manga 'cuz you said you were reading it so I immediatly thought, "Ooooh! Yaoi manga! I wanna read!" Lmao! I'll take a look at it though. Sounds interesting. Lol!

OMG! I know exactly what you mean 'bout the senior trips! My group of friends include Jess, Liz, Kevin, Andrea, Marth, Me, and Rian. So he's like the only guy there and nothing's gonna happen between us. I dunno why but Rian's just that kinda guy. No, he's not gay. I won't even get into that but I just know he isn't. I just think he's not interested in dating. But anyways, its okay if we go somewhere and Rian is the only guy thats going but if there's any other guy coming along then we can consider the trip cancelled. Or I can't go on trips unless Rian's going. Its like I can't take care of myself but all of a sudden Rian's gonna take care of me 'cuz he's a guy? I won't say anything 'cuz I'm just gonna get mean again but I doubt Rian could really protect me. He would try. God knows he would but if he went up against a football player and yelling doesn't work then he's in trouble. I get so nervous for him when he says he's gonna "take care" of someone who may be giving us trouble (he said he was gonna "take care" of Satan when Kevin said she wanted to break up with him) and all I could think of was, "Dude, Satan may be shorter than you but he's like all muscle and you're not so if Satan decides to fight then you're royally screwed." Its really sweet of him but Kevin and me both agree that he should step down sometimes. Besides, we girls can take care of ourselves. See this is why I'm such a women's rights person 'cuz I'm in an enviorment where people tell me that a guy has to take care of me but I can take care of myself.

Crap, I'm ranting again. <_< Sorry 'bout that. I'm just in one of those moods where nothing seems right, y'know? We got a little snow up here. But the CT cold is certainly here. I swear I freeze my balls off every morning and its not fun. It sucks. And I refuse to wear this black coat thats really puffy and I can hardly move in it. I'd rather freeze than wear it thats how much I hate that coat. Its supposed to snow here on Sunday night and go into Monday morning so I sense a snow day approaching!

OMG! Mom threw out IwtV today! :ph34r: Yeah, its true. I gave her the book to read 'cuz there was nothing else for her to read and she was interested in reading it. She didn't even make it to halfway of the book. She said that it was "the most disgusting, dark piece of crap that I've ever read!" I'm banned from reading the books now. I'm not too upset considering the fact that I've read most of the books and gave up of BG a long time ago. *Sigh* Yeah, I love my mom so much but we disagree with reading materials. She's been on my case about that for the longest time. Do you know any books outside of the horror genre that are good to read. Keep in mind that they can't be dark at all. Even if its something quick, I'll read it. Just so mom is happy and doesn't think I'm a pshycopath or something.

Well, I have to go now. My face is very cold right now and I promised Dad that I'd watch this movie he rented so I can tell him how the book was. Plus, I'm really hungry. Besides an energy bar and some cookie dough, I haven't eaten all day. :wacko: TTYL!

Yeah, I get those moods too. Maybe talking to Rian about being a little more mature wouldn't be a bad idea, but don't hold me to that. I don't really know anything about dealing with people.

Yeah, parents are weird. Who knows what they think about stuff like that. But I can't believe she threw out Interview! I mean, ok, she doesn't like it, but throw it out!? You don't just throw out a book! Ok...books to read so she doesn't think you're a psychopath....Eregon is good, fantasy stuff, dragons, saving the world, you know the drill. Lord of the Rings...though that does get dark towards the end, but hey, it's a classic. David Weber's Honor Harrington series is really good, space opera, intersteallar battles, psychological drama, there's some dark parts farther into the series though. Um...Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffery, love those books. the Enders Game series by Orson Scott Card...2001: A Space Odessy...Darn, all these are dark at points. The Chronicles of Narnia? Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar books are good... The Lost Swords books by Fred Saberhagen, old but good. Umm...Ella Enchanted? Parents like fairy tales, and I remember the book being a lot better than what I've heard about the movie. Sorry, I haven't read anything that was all sunshine and puppies since I was little. And even then... And besides, what book [i]isn't[/i] dark at points, angst makes the world go round. The Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon is really good...though for the most part not what anyone would consider happy. I dunno, I guess I'm not the person to ask.

Oooh! I finished my project! That's why today was really long. I went down to the shop around 12:30 and didn't get back till almost 8. Only time I left was for lunch and to get a drink while the spackle dried. I got it built, spackled, sanded and painted. It's done! It's done it's done it's done. I'm so happy. And now my back and shoulders are bothering me cause of the contortions needed to paint the inside of the shelves. But it's done and I can go [i]home[/i] tomorrow! Yay!

Well, I need to study and I'm really tired cause even though I said I was gonna go to bed early I started an Oekaki that was only supposed to be a quick doodle and ended up taking me over an hour. <_<

I've had long days like, believe me. Lol! They suck sometimes but other times I actually really appreciate those long days. Mostly when I'm practically ditching as many classes as I can to go to Leger's or Goody's to work on an art project. I did that a lot last year durring Finals. If I had a Study Hall one period and no final exam, I'd go down to the art room and try to finish this ceramic pot I made. It took two months to finish and the thing's not even like two feet tall! But it was really detailed 'cuz it was a pinch pot with a dragon wrapped around the pot. I remember glazing it was a real pain in the arse. The only red glaze left was this really chunky red glaze that ed and dried too fast and in the end, a lot of that red glaze (which was used to paint the spikes on the dragon's back) fell off in the kiln in really pretty patterns. Lol! I lucked out with that project. Lol!

Oh! Oh! Speaking of art projects, I love my Slash piccy! I finally got the hang of this grid system Leger taught me so now my piccy is coming out a lot like the picture of Slash I'm using. Now all I need to do is ask David about how he did his pen and ink project. I asked him a bit about it on Tuesday 'cuz we saw each other in the hallway 'cuz our 5th period classes are right next to each other (and they're both our math classes!) He actually was the one who started a convo with me! ^__^ I just mentioned that I was relieved that I was understanding what Leger meant when he explained how to draw my pic and he said he was happy about that. And when I told him about how I was planning on using pen and ink, he smiled and told me that he thought it would look really cool and that the picture was coming out great so far. He likes my art skills! A talented AP senior likes my artwork! Yayness! ^__^ I love being in that class. Palmer (this new art teacher who can be really really mean) even mistaked me for being in that class. Lol! David saved me from answering a question she asked me. Well, actually, Palmer came in and she looked at my drawing and then the picture I was using and she asks me who that was. I was really tired at the time so I mumbled really fast that "he was the lead guitarrist of Guns 'n Roses. His name is Slash." But she didn't hear me and says "what?" And David intervines and says, "Its Slash" and she leaves both of us alone. I was very grateful 'cuz I was in one of those don't-want-to-have-to-repeat-myself kinda mood. Lol!

Yeah, she threw out Interview and a lot of my friends who found out were really shocked and/or really peeved off. Like Jess, who is a huge fan of VC was really mad when she heard that and went on a rave going like, "Dude! Interview is one of the best books ever with such a great plot and the movie is spectacular...and she just throws it away?!" I told her to calm down when she said my mom was a bad word I don't want to say. I draw a line when people say mean stuff about her. Its not her fault. Its just her taste. She just finds drinking very gross. *Shrugs* For all I know, she has a phobia of it. I mean, the way she shudders when she mentions it does make me think that she's just terrified of the whole concept.

Rian's read Eragon but I've just never been into dragon novels. I like dragons but never truely enjoyed reading about them. Lol! I've been considering reading LotR for a long time now and my bro has all the books and he's never gotten around to reading them so I'll try giving that a chance. You can't beat the classics, right? And it doesn't have to be all fairytales and butterflies. I just have to lay off the Stephen King for a little bit. I actually came up with a cool solution too. I decided to just read one of her books. That way she can't think I'm weird for reading her own books. Lol! The book I'm reading is actually pretty good. Its called "Odd Thomas" by Dean Koontz. Its about a guy who sees the and he prophasizes this holocaust of people getting killed and he has to try and prevent it. Pretty good good. I read over a hundred more pages of it. I would've read more but there's something about laying down on a couch with the lights dim, the fireplace on and leaving a warm radience around you, and to top it all off a big furry cat decides to fall asleep on top of me and acts as a fuzzy blanket. So yeah, I fell asleep this evening and just got up. Very hard to do 'cuz I had to wait for my cat to wake up and realize that I was sleeping (and therefore, no fun) and move to the couch next to the one I was on. I don't like to wake her up unless I really have to.

Good luck with studying. I need to do some of that this weekend. Got three tests to worry about next week. Always before Christmas. *Rolls eyes*

Done! Weee! Took my last final yesterday at noon (and saw some real cool people probably for the last time ), packed, and came home! Set up my computer all by myself, and ran a 100ft ethernet cable to the wireless router so I could connect to the internet. I'm so happy to be home! But my boyfriend's leaving tomorrow cause his last final paper is due by noon and he's leaving tomorrow night for home. I'm giving him his present tomorrow, a copy of the Silmarillion and a book called "Alternate Generals," a bunch of short stories about old battles and what if they were led by other generals, how would they have turned out. I think he'll like it.

Ooh! You probably shouldn't read this now, but I found a really interesting book called "I, Lucifer." It's my sister's and I borrowed it. It's about Lucifer and his side of the story, and he's offered a chance to get back into heaven if he can live out one month on Earth without commiting any mortal sins. I can't remember what the mortal sins are, but apparently they don't cover excessive drinking, sleeping around, cocaine, bank fraud... He's writing the screenplay of his existance from the creation of Angels through the Bible. Can't remember if it's till the present or not. It's really interesting, and really funny. Poor Lucifer though, trapped inside the body of a broke, suicidal writer with a beer gut and impotency. I'm only about half way through, it's really good. My dad's reading it next. It's irreverent and sacriligeous, but it's hilarious. Oh, he says he takes no credit for 'Sympathy for the Devil." :lol:

Man, I was so bored today! I could've had a great day today by spending it with Jess and Kevin at the Christmas Village. Its just a chairty place done in my town every year with Santa's Workshop and you can sit on Santa's lap 'n such and sip apple cider and have cookies and all that fun holiday stuff. But did I do that? Nooooo! I had to fall asleep at like 8:00 and forget all about calling Jess to make actual plans for this little trip. So I couldn't go 'cuz my mom stuck me with the job of baby-sitting my bro. <_< The most eventful thing I did today was wrap all my Christmas gifts. Thank God that they all wrapped in different shapes 'n sizes so I can tell which is which 'cuz I don't have nametags to use. Jess and Liz's gifts will be harder to remember 'cuz both of them are in boxes that are identical in size but the bows are different so I just have to remember that Jess's bow is maroon and Liz's bow is gold. See? No problem. Lol!

Man, I just realized today that Rian can't buy Liz the gift I told him to get for her. I told him that the perfect gift for her would be a bottle of Prozac. Not that she needs it. She's the [i]last[/i] person in the world who needs it. Lol! But I told him this 'cuz Liz's newest art series is "Homocidal Prozac Pills." Its so freakin' funny! Yesterday she drew a bunch of Prozac pills going to war on a mountain and there's some dead pills on the bottom of the hill, some pills stabbing each other with spears higher up, and at the top there's a General Prozac Pill with its own special helmet and aurora (It should be a Kaiser cap though. That would make me piss my pants in laughter. Lmao! Nazi Prozac Pills! Lmao!)

I wanna read that book! I'll read it after I read "Odd Thomas." My mom doesn't pay attention to what I read unless I make it obvious, y'know? Lol! I'll see if its at my school library or maybe I can give Jess some money and she can buy it for me at Waldens. Seriously! It sounds like a really funny book. What a unique concept! Lol!

It's so friggen [i]COLD[/i]!! Stupid old house...my house is 80+ years old, which means no insulation, and it's in the teens which mean's it's [i]cold[/i]! Brrrrr.... And I don't feel like going downstairs cause my mom and sister are watching desperate housewives and I hate that show. I think it's stupid. But it's so cold...I might have to go out to the family room, wrap up in blankets and home for the best. It's only a step up from an enclosed porch so I don't know how well that'll work, but it should be a [i]bit[/i] warmer cause my room hangs over the porch so it's cold! It was actually warmer at school if only because it wasn't hanging out like this.

Aww, that sucks that you missed the Christmas thing, sounds like a lot of fun. Outdoors wouldn't be a good place to be today though, noooo precioussss it isssn't.

OOH! Guess what I got for Christmas from my boyfriend. Extended edition Return of the King!! I didn't even realize it was out yet!! w00t! ^_____________^ I can't wait to watch more of the extras, there's some really cool stuff. And I expect sooner or later there'll be a sudden influx of LotR-themed art in my gallery cause watching those movies always gives me itchy fingers.

Spent today Christmas shopping, cause the only thing I'd gotten ahead of time is a Gundam Seed model kit for my littlest bro and books for my BF. He liked them. We exchanged gifts yesterday cause he was going home, lives like four hours away. Still don't know what I'm giving some people, but I got stuff for my closest friends, from highschool. I finished 'I, Lucifer.' Was very good, must read 'Gospel According to Biff' now, hear it's good. From three different sources, being a girl from my highschool, my dad, and my boyfriend's roommate. It's good, interesting turn at the end, want there to be a sequel but not sure how that would work. Ooh, reminds me, must look up the soundtrack. Never read a book with a soundtrack before. A mixture of FBI reports and insomia is never good. <_< But I slept a lot today (slept in till like 8:30 which actually isn't a lot for me but I took a nap 'round 2:00 today and my friend Jess called me at 4:30 and woke me up. I was kind of cranky when talking to her and now I feel guilty. I'm not exactly the best person to be around when I just wake up. I wouldn't want to hang around me if I was someone else! See? I'm aware of it. Lol! I'm a bitch when I wake up. Just a quirk of mine that I need to work on. Lol!)

For one reason, I really want to see how they like the gifts I got them and also...I have to admit that I'm dying to know what I got this year! I hope that Jess and Liz understood my "subtle" hints that I wanted a Guns 'n Roses CD in the worst way (saying "I want a Guns 'n Roses CD very very badly" over and over again isn't too obvious isn't? :huh: Of course its not! Just as long as they get the idea! ^_^ ) I'm gonna bring in candy canes and cards tommorow too. For Mr. Leger and Goody 'cuz they've been really nice to me all year and I want to return the favor for helping me with my Slash project.

Oh yeah! I need to ask my parents if I can borrow $8 tommorow so I can buy one of Mr. Leger's calenders. He's an amazing landscape artist and he finally made prints of his painting and put them in calender form. A lot of the AP students already bought theirs (including Dave who was so excited when Mr. Leger autographed his calender.) I hope they give me the money. I mean, really do need a calender for this year and I want something a little more different than the Yu-Gi-Oh calender I have right now. Lol! Yes, I used to like Yu-Gi-Oh in the worst way but now I'm a little over it and watch it occasionally now.

Hmmm...I have an inspiration. I saw Velvet Revolver's music video "Slither" today and I'm really inspired to draw the lead singer Scott Weiland. Have you ever seen it? Its really awesome! Scott and everyone, especiallly Slash, just looks so rockin' in the catacombs in tight shirts and leather pants.

Woah, my school never got snow days! I was shocked last night when they announced the two hour delay the day before. That never happens, but since the windchill was between 10 and 20 below zero they didn't have a choice. I hate cold. Yeesssss, precioussss I do.

I expected to be able to relax over break, but noooo, last minute shopping and drawing for my secret santa that I still don't really know what I'm doing and making cookies and decorating...*sigh* Can I have a break from my break?

Woah...calculator art? Like...art [i]on[/i] the calculators, or are we talking like, ascii or something? Heh, I liked Yugioh too, it's not [i]bad[/i] but the original Japanese was better. Before all the 'friendship' rants and 'heart of the cards' crap. The manga is so much better. My little brother's obsessed with it, took him to the movie. My other brother only reads the manga, and I haven't seen the show in ages. I used to really like Seto Kaiba, but in hindsight there's something kinda weird about his magically floating coat. :ph34r:

No, I haven't seen that video...my sister listens to them but I don't think I've heard anything of theirs. Maybe I'll pull some of her stuff off the other computer later.

'Kay, I'm gonna make this short 'cuz I have to work on a geometry project that I've had a month to work on but I waited until the very last minute to do it so...I'm in big trouble here. :ph34r: God I hate geometry. I'm gonna fail it this term, I'm really afraid of that. I just can't concentrate in that class! Math is my biggest weak point, y'know? <_< I'm probably gonna wait to do the project durring school. I mean, I have enhancement and period 3 to work on it so we'll see. And maybe I'll use Rian and Kevin's project as a reference since they're doing the same project in the same class. Geometry sucks, remember that.

We exchanged gifts today! Yayness! Only Rian, Jess, Kevin, and I remembered to bring in the gifts. The others forgot 'cuz they thought that 'cuz there was a 90 minute delay then we wouldn't exchange today. People liked my gifts so I'm happy. OMG! I love Jess so much! She got me a Velvet Revolver band shirt! I'm gonna wear it at school tommorow (I was seriously considering wearing it today and getting changed but I don't trust the bathrooms that are near the art rooms 'cuz the I.S.S room is right next to them. )

You must've read my post wrong. Mr. Leger is selling CALENDER art. Y'know, charts that have the months and days of the year and you can mark them for special occasions. Okay, I think you get the idea. But he's selling those and I still have to ask my parents for the money for one. I feel bad about asking for money though 'cuz money is pretty tight at my house.

That sucks about the last minute shopping. I know how that feels. I still have to make cards for Goody and Leger and possibly David if I'm in the right kind of mood. It all depends, y'know? 'Cuz like I said before, I don't want to seem like a desprete ex-possible-girlfriend, I want to seem like a friend who thought of him over the holidays. Lol! I can't wait till this week is over and we can all relax, y'know? Baked cookies today, and then made another batch of dough as it was decided that we needed another batch of the sugar cookies in addition to the chocolate chip and M&M cookies I'm making tomorrow, and I [i]think[/i] I'm also making Creme de Menthe brownies. I dunno, my sister might be doing those. Shes the one that wants them. Of course that means my mom has to go to the liquer store cause we don't have fancy stuff like that lying around. But I get to make so many cookies tomorrow! I am happy about this...well, at least I get to be next to the warm oven all day. So nice and warm... It [i]is[/i] up to the low forties today, so that's a [i]big[/i] improvement. Which is really, really sad.

I actually have no idea what sub Kaiba sounds like, haven't had the fortune to come across the subs. Just relying on the manga. That would be kinda sad, though, if the dub voice is better than the sub. Don't care for it all that much.

Still have pictures to draw, and pictures to finish...I did actually finish one, but of course it's not one that needed to be done for Christmas. I would like you to meet Alan. He's Locke's friend. And he's got a bit of a bone to pick with you...not too pleased about you taking up so much of his vampire's time. He can get very jealous... And he would very much appriciate the return of Locke. Since its gonna be inked I can't pencil in shadows and black areas so places like his hair and where the shadows from his hat cover his eyes have to stay blank.

Oh man. Y'know what was weird? Yesterday I was walking down the hall and I had to stop for a second and figure out where to go 'cuz the halls in my school are so crowded that one wrong turn can mean certain death! :ph34r: Well...maybe not death but a short person like me can get trampled! Which has happened to many short freshmen already on occasion. So anyways, I stop for a second and I see David standing at his own 'lil corner near the art room stairwell but I decide to walk on 'cuz I figured that he was waiting for Belt Girl or something. So I'm walking and dodging all these people and the next thing I know I get that feeling that someone is behind me (but I think "Of course someone is behind me! We're all like head-against-ass-against-head in this hall!") but then I hear a familiar voice from behind me say "Hello." And I turn and to my surprise, it was David! We ended up talking and walking up the hallway but then I realized that I had to go down the other hallway to get to my locker (where I wanted to go in the first place) so I tell him this and he says, "Oh thats okay, I had to go to gym anyways." Now I found that kinda unusual that he would go down the same crowded hallway I'm going which is the direct opposite direction that he needed to go. So I guess he followed me yesterday. ^_^ That was kinda funny and Kevin and Andrea just went "Awwwwwww!" on the phone but the convo changed right away 'cuz it would turn into one of those "who should really have ended up with David" talks and I don't like those 'cuz as you know its either a pro-Belt Girl or a pro-Me talk. I got a C! I got a C! I got a C in Vampires! I was convinced that I failed with not having enough participation and missing the test. But I got a C and my overall GPA is a B! Woo! My grade report came today and I saw my life flash before my eyes. I [i]really[/i] did not want to open it, but I got a C! And everything else was As and Bs! It's like this giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

You know what I did yesterday? Baked. All freakin day. Batch of sugar cookies, batch of M&M cookies, batch of chocolate chip cookies, and batch of Creme de Menthe brownies. Don't get me wrong, I love baking, it's just my back hurt so [i]bad[/i] by the end of the day! And I was trying to listen to my mom's Phantom of the Opera soundtrack and it kept skipping. The Broadway not the movie. Though the movie looks good. My mom wants to see 'Meet the Fockers' first though. No accounting for taste. I was shocked that Phantom is actually near enough to see, cause it's only in select cities and normally I don't think Pittsburgh would be one of them. But it's still kinda far. I really want to see it though, and I haven't actually been to the theatre it's showing in, which I think is the largest one in the area. I'm gonna have to make them take me before break's over.

It's kinda sad, when you're little you can't wait for Christmas for the presents. Then you can't wait for Christmas for the time off school. Now I can't wait for Christmas cause it means the getting ready for Christmas will be over. My uncle's coming to dinner tomorrow, which is big cause normally he doesn't come in for Christmas. They live in New Jersy.

MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS!!!

Lol! Season's Greetings! What's up? Have a good Christmas? I did! I made out like a bandit yesterday (as my mom puts it and I did. ) I got a whole new wardrobe so I'm like estatic right now (well, actually I got six different band shirts with a pair of jeans that go with all of them but in my 'lil world, thats enough clothes to get me through the year. Lol!)

*Sniffle* Awwwww...this CD is so sad. I bought the Phantom of the Oprea Soundtrack today and its awesome. I mean, its a tragic musical so its sad but I love the Overture in the beginning and there's this love song called, "All I Ask of You" thats really really pretty. I might try to sing it for the musical try outs 'cuz the female lead has a high voice like mine.

Hey! Congrats on getting that C in Vampires. I am sadly failing geometry right now. I'm right now in between being really peeved off and depressed. I'm not letting it ruin my holiday week right now but I know that the second I go back to school I'm gonna be a nervous wreck. <_<

Oh well...I'll call her tommorow. Maybe we can go shopping tommorow (I still have a giftcard for Strawberry's that is currently unused.)

Oh! I'm redecorating my room. Its begun 'cuz I took down my Inuyasha and Yu Yu Hakusho wallscrolls and replaced them with a huge Pink Floyd poster that spreads out to the length of both scrolls (and a bit farther too.) So thats actually a big change 'cuz both scrolls covered up all of my back wall over my bed. And my door is now cloaked with a big Velvet Revolver poster and it just kicks total ass. Lol! Man, I ended up making a whole new impression at my aunt's house yesterday. I ended up wearing my new jeans and AC/DC shirt with a studded belt and studded bracelet. It turned out that the AC/DC shirt is very skin tight so nothing is left to the imagination curve-wise and the jeans and belt are very snug around the waist and bring that in so for once I looked...dare I say it...sexy. :huh: Yeah, thats a big first for me. Now I can't wait to go back to school, can you believe it? Just so I can show off this new look. Lol!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! EEEEEE-I got an IPod! I had no idea. I'd mentioned to my mom a couple times that it sometimes seems like half the campus has IPods, just cause it seemed kinda weird that so many people have them. And Christmas morning, I find an IPod! I'm still trying to make it work...why does an mp3 player have an alarm clock? What good would that do if you need headphones on to hear it? Well, I'm still trying to get songs on it, I'll let you know when that happens. I also got Guns N' Roses Greatest Hits from my sister, it's got 'Welcome to the Jungle' and 'Sympathy for the Devil' so I am happy, but I haven't listened to half of it yet cause I haven't had time. Been so busy...so many people. Oooh, got Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, too! It's so fun! I left my GBA at school so I had to borrow my brothers, and I'm kinda lost story-wise cause I haven't played teh first (and this story's confusing all on it's own anyway), but I'm actually doing pretty good in it. And my grandma got me a fleece blanket to take to school so I'll be warm. I like it. There's some other stuff...a deer to finish off my collection cause I was trying to get eight identical reindeer and I was one short, a book by an author I like...

Oh, my grandma came to our house for Christmas eve and Christmas day, and she was wearing her fur coat. She's had it forever. And my little brother comes in and he apparently was in the closet for some reason cause he goes up to her and tells her he thought her coat was a moose. What a moose would've been doing in our closet I'll never know. So on Christmas I get a little beanie cat in my stocking and my mom looks at me, completely serious, and says "That [i]is[/i] a cat, right?" It was kinda obvious this was a cat. I named it 'Moose' cause of the coat thing the night before.

Which soundtrack did you get, the original Broadway cast or the movie? I do like the voices in the movie from the clips I've heard, but I am partial to the Broadway cause it's got [i]everything[/i] including a bit of dialog. It's almost like you're hearing the entire play. I love that song, too, my dad and I would sing along sometimes. I sang 'Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" for a midterm once, but I need to really warm up to sing Christine's parts. I just love Andrew Llyod Weber. :wub:

I can't believe you got Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories! I was depending on my bro to ask for it but nooooo. He had to ask for Jak3. Which he got...and I'm addicted to. I love the Jak and Daxter games...well except for the first one. The second and third ones kick ass though. Lol!

Lmfao! That sounds like something that would happen with my family. Of course, nothing funny ever really starts unless my Uncle F shows up which he didn't for Christmas 'cuz of some war going on between him and my grandma so he didn't show up. I was really sad 'cuz I miss him and I wanted to show him my GnR shirt and CD and VR CD and shirt. He would've been so proud. Lol! Everyone at my aunt's house said that I looked like I was ready to to go to a rock festival with Uncle F and my dad joked and said, "Nah, she wants to go with ze General." Ze General being David of course.

I got the movie soundtrack 'cuz it was the only one there. It sounds amazing though. It doesn't have the dialog though sadly. I think I have the song Phantom of the Opera stuck in my head now. I couldn't sleep last night 'cuz the Overture kept playing in my head over and over again. :wacko:

Anyway, I have no idea how, but my mom had my dad try to get my iPod to work, and it didn't look like he did anything that I hadn't already done twice, and it worked for him. Argh. But it's working now, got most of my songs on it. Still need to get Phantom on though.

Seaking of Phantom of the Opera, I was desperate to go see it over break cause I know that if I don't I probably won't see it till it's out on video. So we drive all the way out to the Waterfront, which we rarely do (we being my parents and me cause no one else wanted to see it) and go to the biggest theatre in the area, aka: the only one showing the movie that I know of. We get there maybe half an hour before the movie starts (gee, [i]thanks[/i] mom) and it's sold out. Then they try to take me to a big, popular Chinese place I've wanted to try, and the wait is two hours. We'd planned on picking up a few things after the movie, so we go do that, and the book I'd hoped to get (cause it comes before a book I got for Xmas) is not in [i]any[/i] Barnes N Noble in in the Pittsburgh area. I was just having all [i]kinds[/i] off luck last night! We did get the last of the Lemony Snickett books though, and if you haven't read them or seen the movie I really recommend that you do. They're really good. I'd intended to read them, but it never happened, then I saw the movie (my parents were taking my brother and sister and I had nothing better to do) and now I've read all 11. Hmm....must look up when the next one comes out. They're really much more interesting than you'd think at first, and there's a lot more to the story than you'd think from the first book or the movie, which is really the first three books combined. That's understandable, cause they're way too short.

New volumes of Hellsing and Saiyuki came out, which makes me very happy. Everything is better with Neo-Nazi werewolves. Yes. And I suppose that also explains the bad German accent at the beginning of my post. Heh, I found a hardbound copy of the entire Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy, complete with faux-leather binding and gilt edging. All five books for $16 minus the sale that Waldens is having cause the mall won't let them renew their contract. Now where am I gonna find my manga exclusives! And the BnN is in a terrible location, too. We hatessss them, we hatessss them forever! What? I like that store.

Oooh, I stay away from Unmoderated, I try to avoid confrontation with small-minded people who type poorly. And mods. I don't think I will be participating in the Stereotypes thread...just not worth it.

Haven't thought of naming my iPod...what do you think I should name it? I'm terrible at naming things...my poor wolf statue still doesn't have a name! :(

I likes my CoM game very much, that I do. And you know what's really uber cool about it? When you beat the game you can play as Riku! That's just teh awesome imho. I like story-driven games, and this way I can find out what was happening to him! ...Once I figure out how to beat Captain Hook. I think now that I've found the stratagy guide and have an idea about how to play I'm gonna restart the game on a new file. I'm not very good at videogames. It kinda sucks that I haven't played Kingdom Hearts, but I'm kinda lacking a PS2, so I can't. I am reading a very funny, sarcastic recap of it though, so as that moves along I'll find out what happend. CoM is a pretty easy game...except for some of the bosses... I just don't have good enough cards to beat Captain Hook.

I'm happy, a friend is having a New Years party so I don't have to sit around doing nothing all night like my family is fond of. We do absolutely nothing for New Years. Just sit around and watch the ball drop. One time we got non-alcoholic champaigne for midnight, but it tasted terrible. Hanging around with crazy people with access to not-technically-legal explosives is much more fun.

Oooh, FFVII: Advent Children should be coming out soon! I can't wait to see that, it looks awesome. And the character models look so much better than the duplo people in the game. ...I need to find out if there's been an acutal release date announced cause I haven't heard anything.

Well, I'm gonna see if I can track down any half-decent fanfiction (chances are virtually nil, but it can be amusing) and then I have a singing, dancing mouse with his own themepark to save. Ta Ta!

PS: Locke waves and says 'happy new year.' Alan just kinda shrugged, but that's something at least! Happy New Year!

Yayness! You've conqured the iPod! I have had...well, actually I still have problems with my CD player. I think it mostly has to do with the fact that I keep dropping it. ^^; I'm listening to my GnR Greatest Hits and Sympathy for the Devil just came on! Oh yeah! *Dances to the music* Can't beat this song. I always think of the ending scene of IwtV when this song comes on (and I remember once staying up till four in the morning watching this and when this song came on I was so tired and ended up falling asleep to it and having weird dreams about Lestat. :huh: )

Dude, you're so lucky that you have something to do tommorow night! I used to have plans. I was gonna go over Jess's house for a party but I had to cancel it 'cuz I had to go with my parent's to their neighbor's house (but they have a son about my age who is actually pretty cool so I didn't mind.) But then they canceled so now I'm just a girl with no plans, no life, and a sad story. But then again, my mom did say that if I can come up with the money, then maybe we can go see the Phantom of the Opera. I'm so excited! I can't wait. I really hope I have money. I should have money. I think I have ten bucks lying around somewhere. She said I just have to pay for my ticket so I'm fine with that. And afterwards, I'm gonna go to Boarders and shop till I drop. I got a $25 gift card and I'm not afraid to use it. Muwahahaha! I'm thinking of either buying a book about one of my favorite bands or the Phantom of the Opera book. Or maybe I'll buy a Steven King novel again and just spend the rest on posters, bookmarks, and other useless crap. Lol!

I can't believe you saw Phantom of the Opera! You're so lucky. How was it? Was it as good as I've been hearing from the true fans. The critics said it sucked but only because "it seemed as if all the actors did was sing." Well no sh*t Sherlock! Its a musical! What the hell more do ya want? To have the Phantom go all Matrix on Raoul or something? Critics make me angry most of the time, if not all of the time. <_<

Well, I gotta go now. I have to get to bed early so I can wake up fairly early tommorow so I can remind my parents that I can go shopping and Phantom watching. If not though, the hammers will wake me up. There are these guys adding an extra room off of my house and the room is actually right below my room so every morning for the past four mornings I've woken up to the sound of carpenters hammering away outside my window. Tell me how it is when you see it! I'm desperate and have no more time! I hear they dubbed the singing. Don't have the actual actors doing it. ...Phantom going all Matrix on Raoul though? OMFG that would be hilarious! Naw, he goes all Errol Flynn on Raoul. Or something like that. ...Drat, now I've got 'Mascarade' stuck in my head. Which wouldn't be bad except I no longer have the whole soundtrack memorized.

And be careful with the CD player! You don't want to end up like my sister do you? It's currently Sister: 4, CD player 0 or something like that. Meaning she's gone through four what with dropping them out of cars and into sinks and things like that.

I think I'm gonna go doddle Riku now, you should see him on the opening screen of Chain of Memories: Rebirth/Reverse. That being the Riku version of the game that is unlocked when you beat it as Sora. I <3 strategy guides. Riku's hot for, what is he, fifteen? Just wait till he's of age... ^______^ Happy new year!
