I just now realized how redundant that is, Pepsi! That's kinda funny! Gawd I gotta start paying attention more often. Just like how you fooled most all of us on that "Nirvana" guess that band game. ^_^ _________________ |

I mean really, put some kind of effort into it people, something maybe a little more original than some none existent anime characters gurl and spell girl correctly while you at it god dammit you freakin 12 year old children with no matuirty what so ever!
...........
i feel better, that i do, and i shall not regret one single word of that either, dumbasses <_< |

These last couple of posts have inspired me to create a new topic on people's names, how they got them, and what they mean. Kinda like that one someone started on "what's your avitar". _________________ |

Yeah, i was getting super pissed with a few people a couple weeks ago with them attaching their artwork at the end of posts, and half the time all they said was "look at my art ^^" when it didn't belong, like, in a thread about gropies once it happened or something like that <_<
Yeah, it sooooo went in there....yes that was saracism....and she kepts doing it and they weren't just annoying in that it wasn't allowed, and it didn't even have anything to do remotely with the threads they were putting them in, but they were HUGE!
idiots, i swear.
and i guess...thanks?...to whoever laughed at my comment.....that WAS a good thing right? *shrugs* then again, do i ever care No, no i don't |

Even worse than attaching freakin large pics to posts is adding freaking long pics to signatures. Then ya gotta scroll down the same things over and over again. _________________ |

Yeah, when i first saw that signature, i was to busy replying to all her freakin dumb posts and what others said in ones she's started, but never spoke a word in because people where chewing her out.
By the time i was done going on with that in a raving rant, someone got to it.
Anything longer than yours for example, is getting a bit big. I tend to right mine all the way across the screen instead of constant hitting enter, so it doesn't make my posts long to get through down the page to the next. *shrugs* i like yours by the way, is that lyrics or a poem, lol. sorry. |

Sokay. Theyre lyrics for the song My Last Serenade by Killswitch Engage. Pretty cool band, if you like lots of screaming. _________________ 222.

I'm here to somewhat rant some more......
To go on the comment on everything being Dark something....
0_o...Dang, I didn't notice it till now, I went back and counted like 17 Dark somethings, or something Dark since I last checked fanart....
Anothere thing that may or may not be a peeve is how when artist draw themselves, I swear more than 90% whether it be guy or girl, draw themselves wearing the same thing.
A black tee-shirt, and really baggy pants that have chains or something else hanging off of them.
I can honestly say, that in the last few pics of people drawing themselves, they were all wearing that same exact outfit.
I know people dress like that, and that's just fine, but it's hard for me to believe that more than 90% of fanart members wear the same exact all black outfit..... |

Yeah, i know what your talking about, and half of those things are poorly drawn.
And don't take this personally, i have friends who dress goth or punk, so don't any one dare go off on me i swear...but it seems that a lot of these damn kids are real big on being goth, dressing goth, or punk and being agressive, dark, angst, and plain angry...and the funny thing is, half of them get their clothes from hot topic. i mean really, get over it people.
My pet peeve lately, is seeing all the god damn drawings these people do, drawing these characters all goth'd and punk'd out, and it's okay, but a lot of them don't od it for fun, you know, just for the hell of it, but they act like the characters are gothic, or what they think to be gothic. their freakin cartoon and anime characters, come on kids, grow up, they are how their creators made them and you cna imagine different all you want but really. |

Haha, yeah I've seen a huge amount of self portraits that all look identical. This isn't really about art, though I've seen it in some drawings, but what's with the "bondage pants"? I really don't understand the concept of a few strips of fabric clipped to the pants and crossed to the other side. It looks stupid. People will be walking in front of me, and I just want to grab 'em and send 'em right onto their face. But yes, the self portraits all look exactly the same, but that's because all the clothes from Hot Topic look the same. Black t-shirt, fishnet long sleeve shirt (maybe a few rips in it if you're really tough) and giant baggy pants with chains or the "bondage pants". Don't forget the dyed hair, lip or eyebrow ring, and heavy makeup. Sad sad sad. But such are trends. This just happens to be a painfully stupid one. I look forward to the day pants fit again (too small on chicks and hanging off a guy's arse...what a horrible trend this is) _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. "just plain long signatures"
::looks shiftily around:: heh..heh...
If you buy all "punk" or "goth" clothes, are you really any different from somebody who wears only preppy stuff? It's nothing more than a trend, in my opinion. A true "punk" doesn't care about what other people think, and therefore doesn't work so hard on their "style." I like hot topic. In fact, if I had the money, a lot more of my wardrobe would come from there. But when you get to the point where that's the only place you'll buy from, even if you do like other, more preppy clothes as well, that's when you've crossed from liking the clothes to trying too hard to keep up with the trend. |

And in my opinion there is no true 'punk' because everything says it's about not conforming. You cannot be a non-conformist, that means you're conforming to not conforming. I don't like the whole thing with... OMGZ, I'M A PUNK RAWKER! Or... you're a 'prep' becaues you listen to Britney Spears. Why conform to these little molds society and other teenagers have made for you? Do what you want and stop labeling yourself. It's seriously just annoying... |

Borrowed_Wish (Raiyn Stormes), A lot of the stuff in your sig realy belongs in your little bio thing. You know, when someone clicks on your name, a page pops up that tells them about you? Yeah... If people want to know what you do in your free time, they'll eather check your bio page thing or ask you, you don't nead to list everything in your sig. It is rather anoying. Nothing personal, of course. You seem nice. I like your little dragon thing.
Anywho, on the subject of cloths...My sister has the most amazing sence of individual style, and everything always fits her! I'm so jelous! lol It's hilarious, because she likes to buy some of hot topic's stuff, too. One day she got this adorable skirt and wore it with this weird torn up black mesh/sweater sorta thing that she'd gotten at a garage sail...looked awsome together...The next day she sees three girls wearing the same HT skirt, and those boring HT mesh shirts...and these were the realy preppyish girls, to...and this Jock guy is saying to this one blond girl who normaly wears pastel stuff, you know the type, 'I can't beleave all these other girls are copying off of you! They should get a life." *dies of laughter* My poor sis acsidentaly starts trends, and then doesn't even get credit for it. Now half of her school's gone poser goth and poser punk. None of them will look half as cool as she does, though, because they lack creativity. My sis and I like to bargain hunt and thrift shop. We don't do the trendy s**t. Some of her coolest pants are these weard velvatine stretchy pants...kinda' 80's rock starish. They look so cute with her huge ass boots. No one will be able to copy her on THAT one...I never see those in regular stores or trendy stores.
Me, I've been labeled 'The Dark Hippy' or 'The Gothic Hippy' lol It's cool, I'm the only one so far. I definetly like the gothic and hippy cloths. I love the rediculously elaborate goth cloths....not booring HT stuff, but the realy unusual or home made stuff, and the deap dark colors, and the boots, I LOVE boots. But I also love natural fabrics, earth tones, pasely prints, belbotoms (though I never see any that aren't low riders, so I don't own any. ;_; I want cloths that FIT, damn it!)...And the rest of the time it's a T-shirt and geans or T-shirt and jogging pants combo. Comfort is the most important thing.
Yay, I can't wait to cosplay as Cesia for Acen! ^-^ She's got such cool looking outfits! I'm even gonna' bleach my banes. (light golden/redish brown, mind you, not all the way blond. I'd look rediculous. lol ) |
