Yes, yes they are. And no s**t the singer is nothing like the Beatles. I meant the one member of the band. I have no idea where I was going I just see weird things only in my mind I guess. Discard the whole Beatles relation from now on.
You're VERY right, Flea, on his talent. I'm just letting everyone voice their opinions on Franz really. Have a blast if you wanna rant about how good or bad they are. I think it's interesting to see all your opinions. Smile

Wow...Flea, you're being uncharistically nice in this topic. I dunno wheter to say I'm proud of ya or dissapointed. I think its a bit of both. ^_^ Honestly, I think Franz Fernidad's songs are way too repetitive to be anything close to the Beatles. I mean, maybe its just me but it always sounds like their songs are the same beat playing over and over again. I swear I'm expecting there to be a subliminal message somewhere in one of their songs telling me to "DRINK PEPSI!"

franz ferdinand is decent. its just kinda annoying that they get hyped up for their 'unique' sound when what they play is totally retro. not redundant, but definately been done before. but i guess thats the publicity's fault, not theirs
