Figure we should all get to know each other better by playing this game. ^^; Okay, honestly, I had to do this in my history class the other day and I'm just curious about how the good people of FAC would answer. Remember, be honest now.
1. What is your greatest accomplishment in life up to now?
2. What was your greatest disappointment?
3. If you were given ten million dollars, how would you spend it?
4. If you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
5. What are some of your hobbies that you do in your free time?
6. Which three people do you admire? And why?
7. What do you think about your school (if you're out of school, what do you think about where you currently live?)
8. If you could change one thing about your school (or where you live) what would it be?
9. What do you look for in a boyfriend/girlfriend (or both.)
10. What qualities do you look for in a friendship?
11. What do you think about dr*gs?
12. Does religion have a strong influence in your life?
13. What genre of music do you prefer?
14. What are some of your favorite music artists/groups?
15. Are you patriotic?
16. What types of movies do you enjoy?
17. What are some of your favorite movies?
18. If you could marry anyone you wanted (and and death don't matter) who would it be?
19. What are your goals in life?
20. If you could change three things about the world today what would they be?
And thats it. This isn't intended to be indepth. Just a little topic for FACers to get to know some random and useless facts. Be as specific or vague as you want and just have fun with this. And if you don't want to answer some of the questions for any reason, then you don't have to answer. ^_^ Believe me, try having to answer some of these questions in front of your entire sophmore class. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

This may be stupid to ask but what is a PLT? Is it bad? Should this topic be moved or has it been done before? I had a feeling this was a bad idea. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

Sometimes fallen's language is . . . .
Okay, so PLT = a Pointless Listy Thing. They tend towards the long side, and are in some ways more of a game than discussion.

Insulting, offensive, questionable, deplorable, horrific, disgusting, vulgar, crude, in poor taste...?

Depends on the questions. If you don't want to know, don't read people's answers. Quite simple, isn't it? _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

1. What is your greatest accomplishment in life up to now?
Either beating dracula in castlevania dracula X for the snes, or having a gallery of my own work in a shop for a short while. Probably beating dracula.
2. What was your greatest disappointment?
Bush 2004 re-elected. I really thought people wouldn't be so blind.
3. If you were given ten million dollars, how would you spend it?
I would buy a huge black castle, with marble halls that echo, and long vertical windows that light up when thunder strikes, and I would sit on a throne in a dark room, hire unsightly servants to intimidate visitors, and summon people to my throne to tell me all kinds of dillemas and I would solve them with my incredible wisdom.
4. If you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
A fitlhy rich person. Not bill gates, cause I don't want to look like a dweeb, so maybe one of those russian maffia oil field owners.
5. What are some of your hobbies that you do in your free time?
My hobbies are european history and gaming, which is very specific. Ogre battle, castlevania and UT. And drawing, but.. duh.
6. Which three people do you admire? And why?
Vegeta, because he's vegeta.
Napoleon, because he has that really cool arrogant attitude, he's a genious commander, and he's one of the founding people of archeaology in a broad sense, and he's french.
And medieval knights. Real ones, not gay anime D&D crap knights, but real ones.
7. What do you think about your school (if you're out of school, what do you think about where you currently live?)
I think it should rain less, and be less cold, so we could have palm trees.
8. If you could change one thing about your school (or where you live) what would it be?
I'd make the moon twice as big and slightly red, of course without upsetting the delicate balance between the sun and the earth and stuff.
9. What do you look for in a girlfriend.
To be awesome. And non-gay.
10. What qualities do you look for in a friendship?
To be awesome. And possibly even non gay, but it's not that big a deal.
11. What do you think about dr*gs?
I think I hate censorship, and I think people need to realize we as a civilisation or even as a species have been using drugs since the beginning of our time. Lighten up, people.
12. Does religion have a strong influence in your life?
Yes, though I am not even actively religious, it makes me think, and places me in a social context. It does that to everyone, even atheists.
13. What genre of music do you prefer?
As long as it's not r&b, it's not bothering me.
14. What are some of your favorite music artists/groups?
Britney owns, but not for her musical talents.
15. Are you patriotic?
Yes and no. It's complicated like that. But at least I'm not killing people for the glory of oil.
16. What types of movies do you enjoy?
Either crappy b-movies with christofer lambert or movies with that little extra, that you just know it's not just made to make money.
17. What are some of your favorite movies?
Bladerunner, full metal jacket, saving private ryan, der untergang, gladiator, the passion of teh C, highlander. probably some more.
18. If you could marry anyone you wanted (and and death don't matter) who would it be?
Helen of Troy. The most beautifull woman that ever lived. All you other guys are idiots.
19. What are your goals in life?
Looking back, and being able to say, 'ownage'
20. If you could change three things about the world today what would they be?
Today? Historical changes offer more perspective, but I'd change people's fears for other cultures. This repressed rascism, that we all naturally have, this intuitive fear, it is what causes all wars. People feel threatened by others and make dumb choices because they are blinded.
I'd change the mods here.
I'd make myself filthy rich. |

5. What are some of your hobbies that you do in your free time?

6. Which three people do you admire? And why?
-Martin Luther King: The man was not afraid to stand up for what he believed in.

8. If you could change one thing about your school (or where you live) what would it be?
I'd make it snow more often where I live.
9. What do you look for in a boyfriend/girlfriend (or both.)
They'd have to be interesting, that's for sure. They'd have to be fairly normal and know how to deal with their problems instead of just complain about them. They'd need to have a good sense of humor and like sleeping in. ^^ I'd like them to be cheerful and upbeat, yet mysterious enough to keep my interest. Being cute would also help. ^.^
10. What qualities do you look for in a friendship?

1. What is your greatest accomplishment in life up to now?
visiting Peru by myself at a relatively young age, which i always wanted (not the young age part btw but it turned out like that and was wicked)
2. What was your greatest disappointment?
Not becoming a millionaire before turning 20...
3. If you were given ten million dollars, how would you spend it?
I'd give 10 million dollars to environmental help...
HAHAHAHAHA as if.... no I'd buy a wicked car, no i'd buy wicked carS!! I'd definetly live abroad: I'd buy a house in France or Italy and also a penthouse in manhattan. invest most of it in a company i'd start up and invest in some bonds or shares. and with the money i'd make from the company i'd do much more but more importantly, i'd take over a sh*tty football club, build a huge stadium and sign all the wordclass stars to play for it. with my head on the shirts... yeah
4. If you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
right now being young i'd switch to a young "pretty boy" music star, yeah that would be cool, but not for long.. like 2 or 3 months or so...
5. What are some of your hobbies that you do in your free time?
going to the gymnastic school, going out hanging around with my friends. at home the telly and the computer are always relaxing
6. Which three people do you admire? And why?
Pim Fortuyn, you probably don't know him but let's say he was a controversial politician that was killed for having controversial ideas. I actually wasn't supporting him much (everything went too fast and he didnt have experience) but he really made all the other politicians nervous because alomost everybody loved him. and he had the nerves to say that "some foreign *cough*islamic*cough* n00bs screw up their opportunity of having a nicer life in holland by doing "bad things" to the dutch community... you really could not say anything like that before Fortuyn's period without being called a heartless nazi. and he changed that idea so i really respect his nerve to alter these matters in a rather stubborn country... plus he justified the fact that the mass can be influenced really fast. something my company (Q3) can use
Richard Branson, the charismatic leader of the Virgin enterprises. A man who started off with nothing and now has everything...
Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, the Roman Culture, the Inca culture the dudes conquered a lot and they were cool (or ghey ) too :o

10. What qualities do you look for in a friendship?
seriously easy going guys (malibu )
11. What do you think about dr*gs?
take em if you want, be smart with them though. and if you don't like them just don't take them it's soooooo easy...
12. Does religion have a strong influence in your life?
not anymore... i used to be catholic but i never practiced it really.. but some events such as islamic terrorists, christians stopping genetic science, hating gays etc etc just make me puke

U2, Jamie Cullum, Queen, Bryan Adams, Bacilos

1. What is your greatest accomplishment in life up to now?
Hmmm...I'm a very simple person so I'll just say that finishing my pen and ink portrait of Slash from GnR is my greatest accomplishment.
2. What was your greatest disappointment?
Finding out that the guy I thought would ask me out ended up asking out some other girl he met after a week (and this was after I spent two months trying to go out with the guy.)
3. If you were given ten million dollars, how would you spend it?
Buy tickets to every Velvet Revolver concert in New England, redecorate my whole room with every 80s rock band poster imaginable, buy my own apartment in Boston (which will also be decorated with tacky 80s nostalgia), pay for my college tuition for The Art Institute of Boston, and finally I'd buy Axl Rose (in the state he's in right now I think it isn't that far-fetched. )
4. If you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
Perla, Slash's wife. I think this is pretty self-explanitory. ^_^
5. What are some of your hobbies that you do in your free time?
Drawing, listening to GnR and other bands I like, acting, singing, watching DVDs of my favorite bands performing, raving about Slash or Steve Tyler, debating about random pointless things, debating about not-so-pointless issues.
6. Which three people do you admire? And why?
1. Martin Luthar King Jr.- he stood up for what he believed in and made this country a much better place.
2. My mom and dad- they are the two strongest people I know. ^_^
3. Slash-he's the greatest guitarist on earth and can play like a God even when completely smashed.
7. What do you think about your school (if you're out of school, what do you think about where you currently live?)
There are way too many people at my school so its very over-crowded.
8. If you could change one thing about your school (or where you live) what would it be?
Get rid of all the freshman. Stick them in a mini school or something when they reach maturity.
9. What do you look for in a boyfriend/girlfriend (or both.)
Commitment, a great sense of humor, doesn't take things too seriously, has a hell of a lot of paitence, cannot have a bad temper, loyal, likes the same kind of music I do and can rave about a certain band for hours at a time. Look-wise...well, it would help if they guy had nice long hair. Long hair is just a turn on for me. ^^;;
10. What qualities do you look for in a friendship?
Loyalty, able to throw caution to the wind and just let loose and have a good time, able to put up with my raves about random issues, not stuck up and prudish, and just able to rock and roll all night.
11. What do you think about dr*gs?
Haven't tried them and I don't really want to. But I'll most likely drink when I'm ...responsibly though. I've always wanted to try those bright colored drinks.
12. Does religion have a strong influence in your life?
It probably should but it doesn't. I'm Catholic but not a practicing Catholic and I sometimes forget whether I'm Christian or Catholic and I end up questioning both religions. I just believe in being a good person and living life to its fullest.
13. What genre of music do you prefer?
Classic rock kicks all types of asses and 80s hair metal is awesome too.
14. What are some of your favorite music artists/groups?
Guns 'n Roses, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Nine Inch Nails, KISS, Van Halen, Def Lepord, Bon Jovi, Velvet Revolver, Faster P*ssycat, Taime Downe, Motely Crue, Pretty Boy Floyd...and the list keeps going and going and going and going and...
15. Are you patriotic?
Hell no. I don't even know what country I'm in half of the time.
16. What types of movies do you enjoy?
17. What are some of your favorite movies?
18. If you could marry anyone you wanted (age and death don't matter) who would it be?
Axl Rose. I would find a way to put up with his abuse just so long as I can make sure that he takes care of his hair and his drinking problem.
19. What are your goals in life?
To go to a Velvet Revolver concert someday, to meet a member of Velvet Revolver, to make the next big 2-D animated movie (none of this CGI crap) and to someday get married and have a kid whom I'd name Rafe Axl *insert last name here*
20. If you could change three things about the world today what would they be?
1. Undo all the damage of the South Asia tsunami
2. Bring Iraq to a peaceful state
3. GnR would've never broke up and they'd still be around today.
I had to try this. I'm surprised that people are actually doing this. ^_^ I'm quite pleased with myself. Dude, there are people who know what Spaceballs is? To the people who love Spaceballs; I love you. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |
