I remembered that I said I'd make this poll a while back and I finally got around to making it. Pretty self-explanitorty. Just to make things clear though, I'm looking for something like "who was the most talented?" I think if its judged on talen then we'll get more accurate results. ^_^

Rock on bitches. Cool

David Lee Roth. Great voice, great image, great performance... He doesn't just think he's god, he is god. B)

EDIT: The fact Taime is on there made me laugh... Laughing

Had to go with Steve Tyler. He just has a great voice, great looks (although he probably shouldn't be as hot as I make him out to be there's just something about him... ) and after thirty some-odd years, he's still out there kicking ass. The man's a legend in his own right. Cool

Put on every rock frontman that came to mind and he popped up (strangely enough when I was trying to remember the frontman for Bon Jovi. I'm too lazy to look for the Slippery When Wet CD. ^^;; ) Besides, he's got a good voice. Sounds good on that 80s hair metal mix so he qualifies. B)

:EDIT:

Wow, I'm actually surprised. I expected you to choose Axl or Steve. Laughing Oh well, David Lee Roth does kick serious ass. Cool But in my opinion, he just doesn't have the same legendary quality that Steve Tyler has. I mean, people who have never heard of Aerosmith still have heard of Steve Tyler (know this 'cuz I've taken school wide polls in my school. Only three people didn't know who Steve Tyler was. ^_^ ) Plus, he's the first rock star I've ever heard of. So Steve will always have a sentimental place in my heart.

Jon Bon Jovi.
Besides, he's got a good voice.
Laughing Very few would agree with you. He's got a great voice, in that you can hear something and know right away that it's him. And he's still a great frontman, very fun to watch. I just love the fact he's surrounded by Steve Tyler and DLR and Axl... Quick, someone vote for him. Razz

Whoa, who voted Angus Young? He's a guitarist, not a frontman. Bon Scott and Brian Johnson are/were the AC/DC frontmen. Laughing

I don't know which is funnier. The fact it's on the poll, or the fact someone voted for him...

Oops...

Last time I believe someone who told me that "Iggy Stradlin" died twenty years ago. Laughing Same person told me that Angus Young was the frontman as well as the guitarist. . . . .

So I guess he's no Iggy Stradlin' when it comes to singing. Laughing

But who did vote for him? I would think that I would be the only dumbass who thought he was a frontman.

117 Degrees is definetly worth your soul, trust me. Very Happy

I need a job. I have no money for CDs whatsoever and I'm gonna have to return my GnR cassettes to my Uncle F in about a month. Sad 'Least my parents are giving me $20 when I go to NYC to spend randomly. ^_^ Wonder if any stores will have UYI...or maybe I should get Back in Black since I can't get that damn Thunderstruck song out of my head. Laughing

I'd recomend you guys a frontman, but he's too Godly for you guys to comprehend. Your minds might implode and I'll be left to scrape your brain meats from my left thigh and endure another empty forum session.

But I'll just let you know - he's good.

If I can tolerate people telling me that Joel from GC is better than Slash then I think I can handle your opinion. Rolling eyes

Who is this great frontman? I mean if he's better than Steve Tyler or Axl or Roth than he's gotta be something.

Perhaps he isn't as strong vocally as Steve or Bill, but he's got mad-crazy voice control. Who wants to tell me how to upload a music file? I'll show you a sample of his stuff.

That's the one I have. Need the others.
Who wants to tell me how to upload a music file?
Find somewhere to host it and post a link. Pretty much your only option.

Or you could, ya know, just say who it is. Unless it's some extremely unknown person, and in that case, just an audio clip won't do much. A lot of the best frontmen aren't the best singers in the world. It's the whole package.

A lot of people are missing, but you can't have everyone on a poll.

Robert Plant once again gets the shaft.
