if a tree falls and no one's around to hear it, does it make a sound?
SEE! Now THAT'S the stuff you gotta be asking. :0

Sound is transmited vibrations, and so...that one can be answered.
It does indeed make a sound, as the movement would vibrate the medium around it (ie. air) no matter how far away the nearest person is...

If you filled it to the top, and drank of the contents, then that's half empty.
However, if you have only filled it up half way and nothing more, then that's half full. |

Was the universe and all following events created by the big bang coming from some unknown cause that just happened to be a one time occasion, or is nature operating on a scale of infinite time, randomly throwing together combinations of molecules and elements in an attempt to create a universe that is self-sufficient with order and sequence, with all the history that we have being just one of these attempts? _________________ "You know what? That brings the idea of a supreme creator (in this case, the 'thing' that is controlling the invention of new molecules), and for a creator of any sorts to exist, would mean that there would have to be a universe in which it lived in the first place...ie. it wouldn't be creating anything, merely adding to it.
I believe that the universe was an infinite expanse, filled with matter and anti-matter, and one fateful day (though time wouldn't have existed, as there was nothing to measure it against, so...one fateful moment) these two collided, and when these collide, energy is formed. This energy is used to create new matter, ie. creating the known universe.
(or something, I'm sure I've confused the point) |

yeah, but still, it's not good to act like a show-off (which is, whether you realize it or not, all you've been doing so far). |

Until you know me, you can't make that assertion can you?
I actually think that showing off is the most asanine thing a person can do, but posting a question in a thread called "Question's that can't be answered" that can infact be answered, is a pretty unusual practice aswell.
So far, all you've shown is aggression and hostility, as if that number a few lines below your name commands you any respect with me. Well, it doesn't, so please, take your unfounded arguments to some 12 year old girl that hasn't got the mental capacity to argue back, or try to be more civil.
The real unanswerable question: Will Elbreth and Silver ever get along?
Probably not... |

I agree

lolz Welcome to FAC Forums :D
btw Trying to prove yourself before you're known isn't generally a good thing on forums, regardless of how many you are a member of. There have been many members who have withered and faded in the backalley slums of FAC who you describe in your post there about the bullies. Silver ain't a bully. You say for her to get to know you before she makes assumptions? I suggest you hang around to see how this place works because it is quite different to other forums. You should get to know her (and others) before you call her a bully.
It's the way of all things that the youth look up to and seek acceptance from the elders. I suggest you do not try to break this unwritten rule and start your own little gathering because it simply doesn't work...
...Anyway I'm slightly hyped up right now so buh-bye, dear.

Don't worry, I'm not trying to start my own collective, I'm just far too opinionated to be yielding to someone over the internet as so many others do.
And, maybe she's not a bully, but going on her posts thus far, it's hard to think otherwise.
Thanks for the welcome, hopefully things will begin to run smoother in the near future.
