Phobias And Fears

every one has to be afraid of somthing , like spiders , snakes , lawmowers ,heights ect

ive got a thing about clowns , i know it sounds stupid but i reallly dont like them and i hate heights , ive got a friend who is arfaid of long words (hippomonstroustraquippephobia)
i cant be the only one whos afraid of something , so please tell us .

I have a small fear of Escalators(due to a graphic pic I saw of an accident involving one) and spiders.I used to have a fear of heights but I have done things to get over that one.

see...we need more sensible people like you !!! most people would still take the escalator and end up in a heap at the bottom!!!!!!

I'm not so much afraid of heights as very small, raised platforms. I get a very vivid sense of virtigo when I'm near an ungated edge of a small, raised platform. It can be 5 feet or 200 feet, and it still scares me. However, I have no problem being up in a small airplane.

Hmm...what phobias do I have? Well...let's see now...

I'm scared of bugs, like roaches. I simply [b]despise[/b] them! I wish they'd all disappear! <_<

I'm not necessarily afraid of water, but the idea of drowning scares me so I avoid the really deep bodies of water. I'd hate to die that way Uneasy

And finally I'm afraid of needles. Those things scare the hell outta me. Can't stand them :wacko:

Oh boy...I have a ton of fears, acutally. I loathe heights and clowns. Dun like bees, for that matter, and I have a fear of moving masks and stuff. China dolls freak me out as well, its those cold, lifeless glass eyes...*shivers*

Serious things that have always scared the s**t out of me since I've been little:

-[b]tornadoes[/b] (although I think they're one of the most beautiful things ever! ...from a distance)
-[b]being in a boat out in the middle of the ocean, especially during a storm [/b](by middle of the ocean I mean half way between Africa and the Americas, not on a ship following the coastline)
-[b]experiencing a space shuttle problem [/b](after watching Apollo 13 for the first time I never wanted to go into space, then after the years I thought it would be cool again. Then there was the Challenger incident. Freaked me out for a while, but now I think I'd be worth going into space despite the risks.)

I'm afraid of bees....got stung twice. And phones. I cant stand them. Particularly cell phones.

i thought i was the only one afraid of clowns !!! its not natural for anything human to have feet that size !!!!!!

im terrified of clowns! and i wont go near a lift i always use the stairs instead alot safer ^_^ im also terrified of spiders from when my sister put a spider on my bed when i was asleep and i woke up with it right infront of me. damn sister <_<

I love china dolls. ^_^ I'm thinking about buying some when I stop being a cheap bastard. I'm just afraid of being in open, silent darkness. Damn paranoia. Clowns are just f**king stupid. <_< I'll smother it with that ugly wig. *shakes fist* I'm actually also afraid of being alone in a storm or with animals.

i hate maniguines they scare the living daylights out of me! Some are really freaky because they look so real and lifeless. Sad

i dont like public restrooms...........when i was very little i refused to go any where but at home. That must have been difficult at the time i can't really remember anymore. ^_^
