When you guys change your avatars, it takes a few days to show the new one on my computer. Any idea why?

Weird. Just try refreshing a few times, or right click and "show picture".

That's what I saw at first too! When she said she changed her icon I was wondering why just just enlarged the pic of Axl, but then I opened another page and noticed that it was CC.

That happens a lot of places. They eventually switch over.

And yep, Kate, I do I do. You had this result banner, right? Or was it the other one... I thought I remember seeing this one for ya, but maybe it was someone else. Was this the shagging quiz or the other one? (yeah, I could go look, but I'm far too lazy)

The delay in image change is likely due to a caching proxy.

probebly also the reason a few people on the approval panel have trouble.

when people change these things it throws me off....like the old "jammin" one was cool. my son loved that one.

Ah, I don't think anyone else here would have (or would want) this avatar. Just me. N' I like my semi-cross dressing boys. They took the New York Dolls one step further, from ugly women to just women. Very Happy

I'm sure Axl will make another appearance sometime in the near future. But he's my avatar everywhere else, too. Addin' a little variety.

What's with all the guys hating on C.C.? Does the fact he is (well, used to be) prettier than you upset you? Can't stand a pretty man? Well, he's there for my enjoyment, not yours. Wink

And I happen to like Mr. C.C. DeVille very much, sloppy coke-head guitarist that he is. If I change it now, I'm changing it to Axl's bare ass. Just a warning.

Now, if you fellas can get past poor little C.C., perhaps I'll find something else. But as it is, I quite enjoy the fact some of you don't like it. Poison lives to be the one annoyance that doesn't go away, and I'm happy to help them with that.
