Dumb Things We Did As Kids

Hmm... Basically, I did a lot of dumb things as a kid. Can't think of a specific example. I have four brothers and they're kind of a bad influence!

rode a bike bearfooted no breaks down the street chased my older sisters friends with knives axes pushed a kid off a stair rail pusshed a libarian off stool jumped on a slip and slide slamming in to a rock skateboarded off roof of house snow boarded down a iced tunnle ran across a filed of a crazy old farmer who shoots pullets at people all this dumb stuff at age 7 8 9 10 and pleanty of other dumb stuff i cant renember to well ah the good old days :wacko:

I've gotten stitches a countless number of times, a few of them were a result of my stupidity.
Theres this creek behind my house and it was frozen so I broke off some chunks of ice and decided to try, "Iceboarding" on the creek.......it didn't really work out too well...I had to get like eight stitches in my chin or something.
I used to have this tricycle and I would stand on the back of it, (I was eight so I couldn't really fit on it), and ride down my driveway, which is made of rocks, and it contains some huge stones. So I'm not sure what happened but I went flying and had a huge gash in my knee, it was pretty deep too. Had to get 11 stitches.

When I was maybe 6 my friends and I found a board with some rusty nails through it lying on the ground. We decided it'd be a good idea to stomp on the nails...that turned out well. Luckily I had all my shots...later that year I managed to crack my head open while playing Red Rover...go figure. 4 Staples for that. I fell off a fence I was climbing once too...broke my right arm. Just this New Years, another friend stabbed me in the leg with a plastic cocktail sword, and it broke off about an inch in. Not my stupidity there, but stupid nonetheless...

ooooo...I did a lot of stupid things when I was young!^^

the dumbest thing I ever did was when I was 13. just for fun I lit(I was sooooo obsessed with fire :wub: ) a tiki-torch's tag on fire. I watched it burn for awhile and then left for a few minutes, when I got back the tag was gone,plastic pieces and all, but there was a stream of "water" dripping down the post.....you can probably guess what happened. <_< I was like"COOL!I wonder where on earth this water came from!"...yeah,I touched it. let me tell you melted plastic REALLY hurts!it got all over my finger and part of my hand,it was sooooooooo painful,and it didn't come off either!I tried to wipe it off on my shirt and it just burned right through!lol,I ran around the yard like crazy until I finally reached the hose.lol,after I ran my hand under the water the plastic solidified again!
lol,BAD experience!lol,but it was kinda cool in a way though, my skin was actually bubbling(almost to the bone!)!

and then there was the time when I was 8,when I just kept running in a circle until I accidentally hit a brick wall and knocked myself out! :wacko:

and the time I cracked the back of my skull open(I was being stupid and playing on the back of the couch and,OOPS, I fell off and hit the window sill)! :wacko:

and the second most painful experience of my life!when(being stupid) I kept jump-climbing on and off the stage at the local JCC, when unfortunately, my bare foot came in contact with a very nice screw.....to cut it short I slit the bottom of my foot open,but the fun doesn't stop there! the cut went from the bottomish-side of my foot to the underside of my toes and then in-between two of them!^^ thank heaven for duct tape!yep!I had my foot nice and duct-tapped for months!

when I was 5 I told my teacher she had a very large butt...VERY bad idea!

ahhh!and the tricycle down the side of the mountain!and the sledding off my hill which happened to lead to a very busy street!and making huge bricks of ice and hiding them in snowballs!
I accidentally ate 3 of my teeth! choked on a Christmas ornament!put my hand on the flat of the iron,just to see if it was hot(oven...same reason!)!

I was SUCH a smart kid!!!!!!!!!! Very Happy

..... I ran into a sliding glass door once. But that wasn't when I was a kid. That was like.. .last week.. oO.. The truly dumb thing was that after I hit it , I didn't think "Glass Door"... I thought "FORCE FIELD?!?!?! :wacko: "

But as a kid, I tried standing upside down in the corner (more than once) like in vampire movies... And I passed out Oo.. Now that I think of it, my parents must've been very unattentive...
