I started taking a class at the YMCA. It's helped. For outer thighs, you can get a big rubber band (it has to fit around your ankels) and side-step. Make sure you have enough resistance. For inner thighs, step on the Rubber band with one heel. Point your other toe upward. Leading with your heel, move your foot to the toe of the foot that's on the band. Do for each foot.
If you didn't get that, then I'm sorry. You could always do squats and of course run. |

Me, actually I don't really exercise, I just move around a lot. But I can be sooooo lazy sometimes, I can spend hours and hours asleep, not because I'm tired but just because I feel like it @_@
Another thing, I don't like drinking water much, not completely sure why but I don't. I don't think I eat many bad foods but I hoard chocolate whenever I can. Other than that, my diet is pretty regular. |

I never liked water. Since I was a kid I always said it tasted yukky And my parents would bitch me out saying it has no taste. But for the past month or so all I've drank is water. milk sometimes..but not much. I'm trying my best to eat healthy.. it's damn hard though.. especially since I seem to live to eat.. rather than eat to live. But that is gonna change. This time I'm gonna reach my goal, and say bye bye to my lazy self. _________________ |

Ah, sort of. I'll be losin' some winter weight now that the sun's coming back, which means...iced tea! I hate water. But I drink tea by the gallon. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I'm with fallen on the tea thing. Especially sun tea. Though my favorite summer drinks are peach and raspbarry smoothies. Now back on topic of "Inner Thigh Exercises" I found swimming works well for me, try swimming on your back without using your hands much. It works great for building all the leg's muscles. Hospitals actully use it as aqua therapy.
Ok I'm done sounding like a P.E. teacher. |

Haha, yes. It would certainly be one of the funnest exercises, but frustrating. Those who don't understand need not, else I'd have to move the thread.
And sun tea's the only kind I'll drink. Otherwise it gets all cloudy and crap after a couple days. That's why I have to wait till summer to get it. There's four gallons out in the garage right now. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

My exercise consist of running around all day, running around school carrying my friends on my back, and yes, i was doing that on friday, and god damn are my legs sore! Plus i have a treadmill downstairs in my garage which i haven't used in a couple of weeks *slaps self* bad me.
Oh, did i mention that everytime i walk in or out of my apartment to go out, including bringing stuf up like laundry, groceries, bits and bobs from the stores, i have to go up some stairs around the outside of my apartment from my garage, in my door, and then up the stairs again. Then back down, and repeat. That's GREAT for the ass by the way, if you ever want to work on your ass, just spend all day walking up and down stairs, and skipping a step when doing so is major work on the ass! Boo Yaa!
I really only "exercise" once in a blue moon on my treadmill, it has to be warm out because it sucks running on the treadmill in the winter because the garage is just cold! And during the warmer, summer feeling days, everyone at my school plays basketball 4 days a week for an hour.
Im not big on exercise though, i don't make it a point to do it everyday or anything, i just do my thing, eat what i want in healthy portions, and say "f**k it all!" because i don't care. I'm not 300 pounds and dying, and i'm in good health other than some medical conditions that have nothing to do with exercise and eating, so i'm all good, ha!
Good luck though babe, *walks off drinking coke cola* i drank a gallon of poland springs bottled water yesterday, so shut up! <_< |

Joy I went to the gym It was awesome I love their lil exercise machine thingers for thighs Now my legs are sore.. which I think is a good thing. I only ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes.. but when you have been out of the exercise thing for as long as i have... 10 minutes is all ya have in ya
I loved it today. I was the only one in there.Which means no annoying people staring at me I wish i had my own private gym. but i don't have the money for that. For next winter, if I keep up the exercising I want to get a treadmill of my own. A nice one. not some crapper zellers reject one _________________ |
