I'm ok. Just badly bruised. I went to get off my couch, lost my balance and of course when you loose ya balance you automatically put your arms out to brace yourself, unfortunately when I went to catch myself I smashed my wrist, full force, on the metal frame of my futon couch. At first we thought it was broken but it turned out it was just badly bruised. The sound of my wrist smashing into metal was a horrible sound to hear. Had to have a wrist brace for a while and unfortunately it was my drawing hand. I tried to pick up a pencil to draw the next day and I couldn't hold it. Let me tell ya I was mad as hell. But I'm ok now, just a nasty looking bruise on it but at least I can move my hand and hold a pencil. Razz

No not totally. I didn't fall off the couch. I was getting up from my couch (I was sitting indian style), lost my balance, smashed my wrist on the metal and fell back on the couch holding my wrist in extreme pain. So I never actually made it off the couch.

Don't worry about it, Gray. I didn't take any offense to it.

Powtaz hun, I understand that you're trying to be nice and helpful but I do have a voice of my own ok. If anything is said to me that offends me I will say something about it and explain why it offends me, in a polite manner. What Gray wrote did not offend me however your reaction did. I don't mean to be a bitch but if I need help I will ask. With that said I hope this subject is dropped and we can talk about a more pleasent subject.
