Need Help

I keep on trying to post my pictuers up but it keeps on saying I can't use bmp. What should I do to fix this? Uneasy

I'm assuming you're using MS Paint?

Well, go to file > Save As. When the box to save an image appears, go to the dropdown box where it says "save file type as" .... then choose JPG or GIF
