Sounds like it hurt like a bitch but I have heard alot worse :o
edit - lets see If I have another story since I'm bored. I remember when I was little like around 5 or so and I was at the YMCA. My mom came to pick me up since my aunt took me and my cousins swimming and I ran to her, she told me to go "run over to the showers real quick" and I took it literally, I sprinted over to the showers and slipped backwards hitting my head on the concrete (how ever u spell that) they took me home and later that night I started crying about my head and puking, all the signs of a concusion I guess, turns out I had one

I had both my arms and legs blown clean off in 'nam. But thanks to the wonders of cybernetic limbs I can still torture and kill as good as always... |

Why do my legs always cramp up when I hear stories like that?
One fine morning I was invited by our neighbor to go wading at Corpus Christi. It was quite exciting, we marched out into the water with the wading boots on, the live shrimp, and fishing rods. The waves rushed by fast in so it was difficult to stand. I hooked the shrimp and cast out, within minutes I caught I fish, so naturally I had to show my parents. We walked towards shore. I was walking two fast, I tripped, catching my fall with my left hand. It wasn't until I lifted my hand that I realized I was injured. The rocks left a little scratch on my left hand...oops.
I soon discovered it was more than a scratch.
I received seven stitches. I watched the doctors do the stitching with great fascination. My father was white as a ghost in the hallway.
I have the picture to prove it.

Thank you for the lovely picture  Sounds painful though, yeah I had to get I think 13 stiches on my left eye that looked like that. I would always look in the mirror and cry about how ugly they looked _________________ I'm just a simple MEGGY MAE. |

i cut my finger with a ban saw
i stood on this bench thing that was on top of the stairs on my way out to play soccer, and someone knocked the bench slightly, and i went flying down the stairs and broke my ankle.

the only one i can clearly remember was when i was about 8 , i was at a friends birthday party , my one friend grabbed my one arm and another friend grabbed the other , they both startted pulling me , i kept screaming , "stop it !" but did they listen ?
like hell they did !! , by the time they stopped theyed managed to dislocate my right shoulder , it took them an hour to realise i needed to got to the hospital !!!!
once i got to the hospital , they had to re-locate my shoulder , so my dad took me to find a doc , once we found one he seemed quite nice ....untill he grabbed my arm and shoved my arm back in place ......christ it hurt.....i'd broken that same arm a little while before i dislocated it , so i just got my arm out of plaster then i went and dislocated it. <_< |

...my sister was poking my arm with a rusty pole and........ what??
so anyways i reached out to grab the pole and i did. and i got up and beat the.....hugged my sister and told her never to do it again... and i looked down at my thumb where the pole had jabbed.........(i did not feel a thing! ) and calmly ....... okay maybe not calmly.... saw that the pole had jabbed an inch into my thumb leaving a nice gash that was repaired with.....1...2...3..5 stitches, when the doctor put the freezing in... it looked like a pizza pop that  i think a few years ago... that was fun! <_<
i have a nice scar on my favourite thumb
and i fell off the slide at mcdonalds and broke my collar bone....
and then one year i carved a pumpkin... and jabed the knife into my finger >.<
i just stuck a bandaid on it... it was like a paper cut...but it really hurt!
then i went out and sprained my ankle badly a few years ago... then a couple of weeks ago i missed a stair at school and sprained it again!
<_< the embarassing part was not falling in front of 200 people... it was missing a stair when there where only 5 stairs to go down
my injuries are all really minor compared to most people... so i dont really need to go on....
well anyways.......... |

My worst accident was when I went horse riding and my horse kicked me off. I went unconscious. Luckily it was in the Saratoga parade grounds and there were crowds there. what I was told was that I kid had thrown a snack bag (my poor horse was petrified of the noise and then the bright bag, that the wind was moving, and it was the first time I took him to the crowd.) so that was my most embarrassing accident, not the worst.
i still wuv my horse, even tho he's scared of his shadow....and never going back to saratoga...ever.
*if you don't know what saratoga is, it's a race track in New York, there are also parade grounds, where you can take your horse, i am proud to announce that my family has a box near the club house now... yay.....that has nothing to do with anything. _________________ My candle burns at both ends;

Um, let's see, last year, I was up in a tree, and was about to climb down, when I slipped on a branch. I fell almost all the way down, except that my jacket got caught in one of the branches, so I was kinda hanging there (like a inch of 2 from the ground ).
Another time, when I was younger, me and my siblings were playing 'cops n' robbers' (I think, anyway). I was being a robber, and I was carrying a Pikachu toy. I climbed up to this ledge (oh, and this was in my basement). The ledge was next to a table (only the ledge was higher), and I accidentlly slipped (I think it was because I dropped the Pikachu). I fell backwards, and landed beside the table. The scary part of it was that my eyes seemed to go fuzzy and blank (like a old TV screen)!!
Another time was during recess at school. I was swinging with my friends, and I kept swinging higher and higher. I decided to jump off, but my feet got slightly tangled in the swing while jumping. I did a flip off of the swing, and landed face first into the ground. I don't remember ever being walked to the washrooms, untill I was actually there. _________________ It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.

Well there was this one time when I almost didn't exist. FYI this happened to my mom. She had gotten REALLY, really sick as a baby and was really overheating. Had my papa's mom not cooled her off with a wet towel she would have died and I wouldn't be here right now.
....then again I'd probably save alot of people torment had it been that way. |

Yeah- I was one of the blue babies at birth, but since then, the only real accident I've had was simialr to Zekk's. I was playing around on this treadmill (yeah, really bored- wasn't quite a computer nerd yet) and someone turned the speed up
trip - fall- back burned, shoulders burned, elbows burned- flipped off- fingers get stuck in the wheel o.o! They were chewed up in a less than savory way for some time.
And- that's it ^.^ ...and my eyebrow got split open by a 'lightsaber' (aka stick) once during an epic battle in my grandma's front yard. |

My worst injury? Well it happened when I was 8 or 9. FYI, I'm 11. I was at my cousin's house and we were playing house. I was on their bunk bed when the blanket for the curtain fell off. I reached for it on the floor when I lost my balance. I fell over and my wrist was pulled back like it was reaching for the arm, palm facing up. I landed on it like that and I broke it. I dislocated it when it was broken on my birthday and the wrist was seperated from my arm a week after my B-Day. Doctor said I'd have to get surgery if I got 4 casts, but luckily I got only 3. I broke my wrist, dislocated it, and seperated it and I can still draw and write pretty well! |

Once, when I was around eight or so, I was playing around some benches. I decided it would be fun to swing between the rails of them, so I did. Then I overbalanced, and and fell flat on my face on the concrete ground. My forehead was dotted with blood everywhere. The funny thing is, I don't remember my head hurting or anything. I didn't even know there was blood on my forehead until somebody kindly showed it to me with a mirror. I ran screaming to my mother. She thought I had a brain concussion or something. But I was okay. |
