Ruppy has a warning for his banner. I made a nice hint else where that obviously wasn't taken. And other members have pointed out as well it's to big. Also, if you go around advertising the other place anymore with comments like "you can always spam at the "other place" if you like" and such. You'll be suspended and i'll talk to denis and the others about you <_< Banner removed until you resize it properly.
