Edited Photos

Could photographs taken by one's self be edited and added to the site as long as they were noted as edited photos? Maybe in a new section?

That was debated when the new rules were written, and it was decided it'd be too difficult to distinguish between an acceptable amount of work and just cheap filters. Unfortunate, since some altered photos are really good. Sad
