i have been having problems with the tags when you are replying say you want the color red????? how do you make the writting red and other stuff like quotes!!!?? please help out!!

anyway, for colorsYou use this COLOR=red and put it between [] those then in the middle and put [/color] to end the color. For quotes you do almost the same thing, except you put quote between the [] things and you put /quote between the [] to end it. [/quote] Need anymore help? Tags work like they do pretty much anywhere you can find them. There is a beginning (opening) tag and an ending (closing) tag. These are crucial if you want it to work..

Take the color tag, for instance;

[ color=red] (without the space). The '[' character signifies an opening command. The 'color' command signifies that a colour change is about to take place then =red/green/blue/whatever permits the colour you wish your text to be. I found a nice lil thing though, you can use Hexidecimal coding ('#000000' is black, etc).
The '/' prefix in a color tag means that you wish the color code/tag to stop.

The end result would look like [ color=red] RED!!! W0000 [ /color] then (without the spaces in the tags) the words "RED!!! W0000" would come up in red.

Quote tags are no different. You slap 'quote' between the '[' and ']'s then follow your text but Never forget to close your tags otherwise they won't work.

If you wish, you can add things to the description of the Quote such as [ quote=Matt(All about what the hell is going on with this thing(9.00am))] LALALA TAGS Very Happy

[/ quote]
