Has anyone seen this show, aired on Spike TV?

We watched it in class a couple weeks ago. My Japanese teacher was away, and we had a sub. She didn't know what the hell to do, so she just brought a couple recordings of the show for us to watch. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.

Some of the stunts they do are hilarious and look painful. There was this one guy who was planning on doing a couple backflips before racing to the obstacle course, but the moron ended landing on his head. He got up, flashed a smile and continued on. I laughed so hard at that. You'd think the idiot would break his neck, but guess not.

The translation... well... all I can say about the "translation" is: wtf?
"Vic" and "Kenny" ... heh.

My fave challenge has got to be the one where the contestants make their way across those big rolling logs. Its hilarious to see people whack their head and stuff.

I love this show. :lol:

No really, I do. It's hilarious. One of my favorites is when they have to run across the stones and some are just foam things that sink when you put weight on them. Hahahaha almost ALL of them slam their heads!!!! So much funny in that show. It's on now, actually!!!! Surprised

I've seen a few episodes. Rather interesting competitions they have sometimes, but . . . pretty painful when the contestants mess up.

Here it's called still "Takeshi's Castle." Great none the less. Final round's a bitch though from the looks of things. Plus Takeshi Kitano from "Battle Royale" is in it.

i like the com too
every thing they say makes me laugh
and the jobs they say some of the people have
"an instruction complicator for the IRS"
"he invented the zero gravity portapoddy so you can go where no man has gone before"
it just cracks me up
i also like it when the guy fell on the course and they made it sound like he just kept going as if it was a bottemless pit.

i love this show. the stunts or challenges are unique and the translations are funny.

o god this is one of the craziest and funniest shows ever. i love vic and kenny. "the rectal shaver: it goes where tweezers are afraid." lol and the random phrases that the contestants shout out are great. "i have no skin pigment!" "keep it minty!" ahahaha. i also enjoy saying "bobbaganoosh!"

the challenges definitely are unique. i wonder what insane producer came up with the stuff they do on takeshi's castle.

Personally, I think the one with the giant rock, and the brass balls ones are the best. But damn, that's got to hurt!

i like where they have to run into the walls and the boulders that roll down and where they have to run on the sinking stones in the water

I saw this show for the first time last night and couldn't stop laughing. I love it. Freaking Takeshi Kitano is in it. HOW THE HELL? He pwnz.

Hahaha, when they were trying to swing onto this red tree stump and one guy almost reaches it but slams his head on it and falls down. I'm still laughing at that. And the girl who fell freaking harsh next to the stump and could hardly talk during the questions afterwards from the pain.

I'd die to be on that show, or at least meet kenny and them, lol it friggin rules alll!!!! Kenny and Vick should rule the world. that would be GREAT, id die XD awsome show by the way!
