Um... I couldn't vote, because... you can't.

but I'll tell you what I think: I think Stewie would win. Love 'em both, but Stewie is the seed of Hitler. Bart Simpson is not. Stewie builds weapons of mass destuction (or at least tries to). Bart Simpson is a delinquent in the 4th grade. Stewie is an evil little s**t of a baby...Toddler thing!

And no convincing me otherwise ^_^
