Quotation Marks

I have a little problem in my story, Virus. All " and ' s come out as a weird jumble of letters. See for yourself. The story is called Virus.

Please help!

Looks like an encoding problem to me. L_Sketch, things will generally go a lot smoother if you provide some LINKS to what's having problems, rather than [i]just[/i] describing what the problem is.

Such as a space is sometimes displayed as "&807;" or whatever.. I think that's what he means..
