The FF movie should be realeased this summer, just in time to go up against War of the Worlds in theatres.

Obviously, they're going to be retelling the origin of the Fantastic Four, with a little added twist -- Victor von Doom will be going into space WITH them, as opposed to simply being Richard's foe from "back in the day".

The movie itself looks okay from the previews I've seen, but Doom, I think, looked more threatening in the old movie. Sad, isn't it, when a contemporary of the gosh-awful Punisher movie has a better Doom than something made now. I also really dig that Ben will be a puppet, not CGI. I cannot stand CGI in movies, and they did a terrific job with Thing.

Me and my friends are making bets on how long Marvel will hold out before turning the sequel into "Fantastic Four 2: Namor and Sue's Sexy Love-In".

i hope they replace The human torch with Herbie the robot, like they did in the show.

That way the movie will be gay, and less harmful to children.
