i dont like invader zim for....... different reasons. i used to love it! now i cant listen to the theme song without dying of laughter.

I like the show. Pretty odd and creepy but I still like it. I kept on watching it but our cable service was cut. WAAAHHHH! So sad*sobs*. Can't remember some quotes. WAHWAH!

I love Gir!!!! :wub: I hated Dib. Zim was Retarded at some point. Gir was cute in his dog costume. Why did they cancel the show does anyone know? WTF?

*sigh* everyone asks this.
#1 : Nick found that the show was doing well in the 13+ agegroup in stead of the 2-11 age group that they were aiming for. They said since the show wasn't attracting the "right" veiwers that was a good reason to cancel it. <_<

#2 : The buget for each eppy was about 1,000,000 big ones. and nick was cheating them for not even giving the producers half of that! and scince it wasn't attracting the "right veiwers", that was a good reason to cancell it. <_<

#3Bad ratings and bad timeslot. AND nick refuses to sell the shows right to anyone else. *spits on nick* poo heads...

#4 : the cast and crew had "moved on"
and the creator Johnen, was being forced to work on it all the time. FORCED people.... he didn't like it, so he quit.

That basically covers it. Plus, Jhonen quit for good after all that. He got sick of Nick. They wouldn't let him have his creative freedom.

For the longest time I had Zim quotes as computer program sounds. For example...
Start-up: "Gah! It's starting!" -Zim
Shut-down: "Good-bye! Good-bye! Gooood-bye! ..." -Gir
Error: "Insufficiant data" -Computer
Question Pop-up: "You dare question me?" -Zim
Exclamation: "Gir!? What did you do?" -Zim
And there were a ton more I can't remember. I used to change the start-up and shut-down sounds a lot because there were so many different quotes that would work for those.

I thought that Ms. Bitters had some of the best humor in the show. It made me think and I bet thats where a lot of the show's themes came in. But thats just my opinion and I'm running on 4 hours of sleep and Pepsi so I'm not the most abundant source of stimulating conversation tonight.
