I Love To Draw Anime Characters, Who Else Does?

I used to draw a lot of anime, but now I'd like to think that it has evolved into a personal style. But anime-haters will probably say that my style looks like all other anime inspired fanart.

erm....i do mostly anime.....and ive only posted anime on this site because i also like to draw real people but on A3 so i cant scan it on the computer <_< but i dont think anime is boring....i like it........ ^_^....erm i dont think Lindsay was joking i think she actually meant it you will be suprised to hear Surprised

pretty much all my pic are of original characters, but I guess they fall under the anime category. I never thought I drew anime, but so many of my friends tell me I do, so, I guess that makes me another one of the thousands of anime artists. although, I try to stay away from the popular "bigs eyes, small mouths" style. I'm trying to go for more realistic looking anime, but that doesn't seem to be working for me. Laughing

Big eyes and small mouths are okay, to me.
I think I draw in two different ways. And I like rawing from emotion or music
Realistic anime and shoujou looking anime.
But I usually draw shoujou with ball point pen. iono why, but I 'm like that.
It isn't hard to combine realism with an anime character.
Just look at the proportions and don't exaggerate them so much.

I'm proud of being an anime artist, at least people won't look at my stuff and make
these complicated, complex, boring comments about my stuff.
That happened to me once in ceramics and I made this face: O.o

In art history, when we were studying modern art, I was like: O.o WTF?

me and what the majority of people say what is art just don't mix.

Hrm..I like drawing anime characters, I suppose. Mostly my own. Just been getting kinda'..I dunno. Bored (for lack of a better word) with it lately, so..I've been experimenting with a few other things. =P One of my newer obsessions was friends n' such. I suck at drawing-but even more so when it's realism. XD Ends up going to an anime-ish style eventually. So who knows how long that phase will last-I just need something different to do for a while.

((Definately agree with Mabui about using music though. X3 One of my needs for drawing, er somethin'.))

well, uh since the topic was who likes to draw it, i sure do. i make comics and stuff but i would never ever post it on the web. i do wish that someone in my family could draw besides me but, uh yeah. oh! this is also testing out my sig.

I just got into anime drawings not too long ago. I love it!!! Although I suck at drawing hands. CURSE THEM! If anyone know any good techniques (that are simple) I would be delighted! I HATE that yaoi yuri anime though. ICKY and YUCKY! It's a shame that people with such talent have to draw such things as that.

oh i forgot to mintion i do have other people who draw in my family actually she is signed up to this site her name is kitsunelover25 and she teaches me stuff when i come to visit her but i hate her for the reason that she is better then me at girl characters and hands and if you know her she probably has told you that she is not that good at hands and well that just gives you a clue on how bad i am at hands but if you want to look at my art i would like for you to leave a comment about it thanks! (its not that new of art but i am working on it it is just i am busy with school and stuff)! <_<
