The chick is hot and she has great legs.

The guy looks homosexual and waaaaayyyyy too femenine, bad example on young boys today. He needs to cover up his flat, hairless chest with a shirt of some kind. The chick should be wearing those clothes.

I haven't read a synopis on it, but like most the rest, I'm sure it will be a good game. Who knows, maybe you're right and it will be the best Final Fantasy game to date.

What do I expect from FF12?

- That it'll debut at the $50 price point, but will eventually earn the 'Greatest Hits' classification just like its forebears and start selling for $20 . Maybe, just maybe, that's when I'll get it. ;)

The Square-Enix merger has done nothing but dissapoint and ruin much loved franchises, and Final Fantasy XII seems a little too experimental for my tastes, but I'm sure I will not be dissapointed when it comes to playing it.

I expect the game's cinematics to be the best of the year, & the gameplay & voiceovers will be excellent. yeah, I did get kind of turned off when vaan in his tiny, [i]tiny[/i] jacket. if you ask me, he should just not wear the jacket at all. at least then he wouldn't look like a male escort. they do remind me of the characters from the previous to games, but I'm a final fantasy addict; so, I'll still be getting this game. Very Happy

& as for the best ff game, I think final fantasy VII has already taken that title. ^_^ but square enix has been taking that game for all it's worth if you ask me. they've got that erhgeiz fighting game the characters appear in; the characters are in kingdom hearts; there's the advent children movie; there's vincent's final fantasy VII: dirge of cerberus; and to top it all off there are about 3 mobile games. okay sorry got a little off topic there, but I just had to get that off my chest.

After seeing the E3 commercial, I'm not too excited. The character designs were bleagh, and after X and X-2, I really don't want to risk getting my hopes back up. The only thing that made me go KYAA was recognizing Hiroaki Hirata as the japanese voice actor for Balthier. Heh, that just proves I'm a fangirl, right? Too bad I live in Sweden, I wont be able to play the japanese version.

Huh?

Final Fantasy X was fantastic. X-2 seems like a travesty and I doubt I'll buy it until it's severely reduced in price, but X was great gaming.

Nah, I didn't like X very much. Probably because I couldn't make myself care about the characters, and if I don't care about the characters, it doesn't matter how good the graphics look or how awesome the battle system is. Just my personal taste.

No, I wouldn't buy it just because people say it's good. Everyone was talking about how amazing X was, and we all know how I feel about that game. But I'll probably play XII anyway since I've never played a downright [i]bad[/i] Final Fantasy, my expectations just aren't very high. The good thing about having a brother who buys every popular game that is released is that I don't have to pay for them myself, so I have nothing to lose ecxept a few hours of my life.

it kinda depends on who's saying it's good & how many people are saying it. before I buy a game or beg my mom for one when I'm broke Laughing

, I surf the net looking for different reviews on the game. if the majority of the people say it's mediocore or just down right horrible, I don't buy it, but with games like final fantsay x-2 where several said it was great or okay, I went ahead & bought it online. & sure enough, the game wasn't nearly as good as it's predeseccor.

X-2 was an okay game. I like the mini games & battle system, but the storyline was really bad in my opinion. plus, yuna went from a serious, innocent summoner to a, well, happy-go-lucky slut. not to sound rude, though. I just could think of a better word. still my favorite games would probably be VII & X.

my fave ff games are 7 and 8. i liked the battle system in x-2 but youre right about the storyline being disappointing it had alot of potential too.

I got a demo free when i got Star Ocean the game.
The strangest thing near the beginning it sed 2 years after ffX but yet the city looks way out of 10's style.
Plus it shows alot of main characters in it.
The graphics look good but not to say that it's the best looking game.
Prob get it coz i get vertually all ff's, part from 11 coz it needed the modem thing.............

The only thing I know about XII is that it has an MMORPG feel to it and you can see the monsters you will encounter instead of random battles. And monsters of the same species differ like color, size, appaerance, stuff like that.
