Is there any way to download a gif file I have saved on my computer onto my signature .
If not, is there any way I can alter it to a http : format

(animated gif image files . Like those found in the signature of the member Mew-Mint ) example below V

I have given an example of a gif animated image file and an example of a user who has one placed in thier signature .

first, get a membership to photobucket.com
second, put it there.
Third, put your pic that you saved there.
Fourth, take the BBC code and post it into your sig.
