What Do You Wish For Out Of A Relationship

Hi everyone this is where you can tell your thoughts about what you think a realationship should be like. I'll go first k. :wub: I think the person should truley love you and it should be like that on both sides not just one. Believe me I know what its like ive had tones of serious crushes and im a teenager you know so tell me what you think.

I knew I was forgeting something! Definently a sense of humor. I want someone I can relate to, not someone boring who can't enjoy life. I love it when people can laugh at themselves. It makes situations less akward and more inviting.

Sense of humor. If you can't take a joke, I won't like you and don't even want to know you. As a few people on the forums have figured out. Razz

A passion for something. Whatever the hell it is you do, love doing it. You can mop floors at the gas station, but you'd better be the best damn floor mopper around and really love moppin' them floors. Ok, maybe not quite that far, but people who bitch about how horrible their job is piss me off. You don't like what you're doing, do something else.

Love doing shit. Last thing I wanna do is sit around every night and watch Letterman, if I can help it.

Take care of yourself. Body builder muscles are freaky, but a person should at least make a small effort. I don't claim to run 8 miles every day, but I also won't let myself weigh 300 pounds.

Absolute pervert. You don't like cock jokes and discussions at least as bad if not far far worse than the unmoderated forum, you'd go screaming in the other direction within five minutes.

Some level of confidence. Granted I have a (bad?) habit of being drawn to the absolute assholes (usually singers Rolling eyes

), people who lack any confidence are a little pathetic. Don't act like you're God's gift to women (well, unless you are), but people who constantly put themselves down are depressing.

No pussy boys. There's something to be said for those who love the badasses with a bit of a soft side. Real deep down they're nice, but to most of the world they're, as a friend's father would say, "dirty punks". I don't want a guy who's more woman-ish than I am. Flowers and puppies and cards and chick flicks...I'll pass.

Ain't nothin' wrong with a little fun. If you're all about sweet, soft, squishy love and only want to screw for that reason, you'd better not start up with me 'cause I will tie you up and have my way with you. "Love" without lust gets old real fast. Oh, and I like...adventurous people. Very Happy

Equality. Now I'm always (heh, so far) faithful, but my feelings are what goes around comes around. If I find out about you n' some other chick, you'll be getting some real unpleasant news about me and your best friend. Wink

It's not really my thing, but there's nothing wrong with open relationships, either. If it's against your little beliefs, whatever, but I won't look at anyone any worse for having an open relationship.

All lies eventually fall through, and I'll usually be a lot more pissed that you lied than what you actually did.

Common interests. Not someone who likes everything I like, but at least [i]something[/i]. Music is nice, since it carries over into activities and such. And even if it's in no way a deal breaker, it may be to them after a week of hearing my stereo. Razz

Sounds like a lot, but most are related to the others. And my commentary doesn't help the length any. We're talking about ideals, anyway, so all of that's certainly not "required". Meh. You asked. Cool

I agree to all of those including the love bites statement people can be really mean like when you tell a guy you like him and then he starts being really mean to you. Thats exactly what happend to onr of my friends. Sad

*shrug* Depends on the situation. If it was a friend who got weirded out, that's bad if they don't know what to do besides blow you off. But it's the chance you take by telling them, and you have to decide if it's a risk you wanna take. If it was a stranger, he doesn't share the interest; in which case you never really knew him, so there's no reason to be very upset. Disappointed, but if he doesn't like you, no reason to want to be with 'em.

No guy's worth being upset over unless it was a friend. Their loss. Very Happy
