No idea about Hook in KH:CoM, but I thought he was hard in the original.
Need to mention Bison from Street Fighter Alpha 3 during World Tour mode. He had an infinite alpha combo bar, which meant unlimited Psycho Drive Crushers. For those of you unfamilier with this move, it takes off about 40-60% health every time. It just isn't fair. _________________ "You know what? Heh, the only hard ones in the original were the special bosses. The rest was all "hit hit hit hit hit hit HEAL hit hit hit hit hit hit hit hit HEAL hit hit...." *yawn*
Anyway, I thought Ursula would be hard in CoM, but no. That was incredibly easy. I never even noticed when I took damage. I healed every like 5 hits I would plant on her (not that much, if you've played it). I'm about to go back into *castle mode* hahahaha. Riku was easy too. I think I just like, did Sonic whatever it's called twice and pwn3d him. Yawn. I love these Fire Raid and Blizzard Raid attacks. I never noticed them before! I use them after I have a set up of the Sonic Blade things and bam. Nothing even hits me. If it's a boss, I just flip after the magic card and just keep bashing away. Now then, onward to NEVERLAND. Where I will fight the supposed hardest boss in the game. |

Wait, you're on level 36?!?!?!?! What are ya, nuts?! I was level 50 by then. Every single person I know gets lazy in KH COM and stops training at level 35 or something, it's seriously sad. I beat hook on level 56. Trained 19 levels to beat him T-T those were the longest 10 hours of my life, training, training, and more training. |

You also said I was nuts for being a "low level" to beat Hollow Bastion. Wasn't hard at all. So, Rita,
I'm telling you, all those combos over and over again just seem to work out for me. Everything is so easy when there are no card breaks going on because of that stupid stun factor that goes with being hit from an enemy. Nothing like utilizing a game weakness.
Honestly, if I can beat every enemy with one combo in one little stretch of those stupid enemies, I couldn't give two shits what level I am. If it's good enough for that, I think I can handle some hard boss battle. It makes it more interesting at low levels. When I have to level up to make it easy, well that just defeats the purpose of having the game. If it's just to be able to say "that was an easy game" after either wasting HOURS of your life on training or just naturally being that easy, it's a waste of money. I want a challenge in a game. That's why I got bored with this and the first KH. They are simply easy games, honestly. But hey, the storyline gets me and I like the battle system (besides the stupid 3-spell limit on quick casting, that's such a bitch to cycle through your like 10 different spells. ) I love the end of KH but I hate it so much. It was too easy and it was an obvious ending, honestly....
But, the song is awesome and that one part in the ending just gets me.
*sigh* I'm such a romantic.
GIVE ME A HARDER RPG THAT KICKS ASS!! :(
:EDIT: Oh and no, now I'm level......45. I was wrong before, I was level 38. And then I leveled up after pwning Riku AGAIN. I think he was actually easier this time around. Now I'm just going around making room after room fighting heartless. I have to do mostly the powered up Heartless rooms for a good challenge to keep me entertained while doing this stupid room change-up. I usually just have one moogle room and go around making rooms finding moogle points everywhere else after I beat up the heartless. Meh. I even have spells that I never use and don't even put in my deck. That blade attack is perfect for anything really. I love it so. No boss is hard with that attack. ^_^ |

I DID have a hard time on Hook, even on 57 or something. And if you want a hard RPG, play SO1, very hard to find, close to impossible to beat, I swear, thos last few puzzles and bosses had me up and running FOREVER. |

Another one in my list of foes is DARTH MAUL from Star Wars:Jedi Power Battles. He's so fast and powerful. If you've played this then you know why I put this here. _________________ --Small minds talk about people, average minds talk about events, great minds talk about ideas. Oh hell, don't even remind me about him. He was ridiculously hard. Once I beat him and the game froze as soon as he keeled over. Not a good time. _________________ "You know what? My squirrel instinct tells me he's even more of a bastard than I first thought." - Gene Hunt |
