Detention...

i was talking to a friend earlier who belongs to another forum , who have a system where if a mod thinks you desearve it your put in a "detention" wich means you can only post on the detention thread , and no one else can talk to you except the other people in detention ......um...did that make sense ? :huh:..anyway , i was just wondering if this would be useful on FAC ? :huh:

That idea has already come to be with the creation of the organized spam boards , which are used by banned FAC members .

That's not the same thing as a detention thread. I believe such a thread would only be temporary, yes? Suspensions work better than having a thread of misbehaving people whining about why they were punished.
