Well the Forums are a little different. I posted something like this in Unmoderated once which shows the vast majority of children will access the NC rated +17 part of the forum though they're like 14, 15 etc..

I hardly ever have to ask permission to join a site. My parents don't mind a bit, but my grandparents are more worried about what I do.
My Mom wants one of my internet friends to vist, so I seriously doubt that she cares what I join Rolling eyes

My parents know this has a gallery and a forum but they dont look at other stuff than my drawings... they trust me so they dont care cuz they know i will not get in stupid stuff

no, my parents dont know bout FAC, personally, i dont think they know about alot of the places i go. but hey, i think its better that way

They know I post fanart and other art on this FAC site they've heard me mention a few times. They don't know about the forum. If I wander into a certain unmoderated topic or spam post that I don't want them to know about (basically anything above PG because they keep me so sheltered)... automatic "delete history" button.

My mom doesn't know about anything I do on the internet.(except roleplaying and adding art to fac) She doesn't even know how to turn the friggin' thing on. So I swear excessively and talk to people O don't know and stuff like that.
Been doing it for a year and she hasn't found out. But I'm still cautious though. She's always suspicious about the internet and grounds me from it all the time.
