What kind of girl does he want, Sunny? From his posts so far, I'd say an untouched, inexperienced virgin with little to no libido, who likes long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, talking all night about nothing, and cuddling. But I could be wrong.
Laughing And someone who doesn't mind putting up with his high standards. <_<

They guy that SBubble reminded me of had asked me out (twice, in fact, and the second time because his horoscope told him to "go for it, make the big step, ask out the girl of your dreams" Rolling eyes ). I said no both times, telling him that I just wanted to be his friend. A few months later, and we hardly talk any more. ^_^

Mmhm. But it's good to have hopes and dreams, even if they lead to one being alone and depressing. Keep the dream alive.

Bubbles Utonium.......?

Never told you personally? Has she had other girls tell you? And if you don't ask her if she likes you, then you'll probably never get an answer.

Now you are really sounding like that guy I know and it's freakin' me out a little. Surprised

That's asking a lot for someone to let down their defenses before they even know you. It's not always that people put up a "fake" personality. They just aren't comfortable with a person yet, and as they are, they open up and relax around them. That's why "love at first sight" is BS because you don't know that person. I thought that was the point of being friends with people and dating. To get to know who the person really is. And if they turn out to not be what you hoped, oh well, ya move on to the next one. That's not to say those who purposefully pretend to be something they're not are justified in doing so, but people whose personalities change over time aren't always starting out "fake".

When you first meet someone, both people are "testing the water", so to speak. You get a basic feel for the person and see what you have in common. Really, earning someone's trust to the point they're comfortable being genuine and themselves around you is much better, in my opinion, than if they do that for everyone. That's part of the fun of really knowing someone. You know things about them they don't share with everyone.

And of course everyone will always be able to find something they don't like in another person. That's a given. The point isn't to look for or list what would be perfect. Just things you like. No one's perfect, even if people in puppy love like to think so. Those who look for their perfect "soul mate" will only end up disappointed when no one lives up to those standards.

Lol, I know you're not that guy. But with every post, the resemblence between you two gets so close, it's scary.

Oh yes, Bubbles, the last name confused me. .........I think you should stop looking for someone with a scripted personality. Real girls are better then Powerpuff Girls.

You gotta get some balls, man, and go after what you want. Being offended or waiting for them to come to you will never work. You like a chick, pursue her. Not in a creepy stalker way, but here's a little hint. If we don't know you like us, we'll assume you don't. Well, unless they're the arrogant bitches who think everything with a penis is in love with them. Even if she doesn't seem to be interested right away, she may be or may grow to be.

Oh, another tip, there will always be the bitchy friend who doesn't like you. Ya basically just gotta let it go, win that friend over, or forget about it. 'Cause the girl usually won't side with you if you're against her friend.

Okay, my turn to say something.

-You're calling people fake... right. All people are going to act differently at certain times, don't even deny that you don't. Lots of people act differently online than they do offline, for example. I'm basically the same offline except I'm a tad bit meaner.

-Bubbles, my dear, is a cartoon character. If you date someone like THAT, I feel sorry for you. Sounds kinda like a pedophile to me... o.O Girls now-a-days are rarely innocent, and when you find one that is, she's either got a few screws loose or is tore up from the floor up. I hate to break it to you, but that's how it goes.

-You like someone for their personality, sure. I'm sorry, but I CANNOT make out with someone, or go down on someone if they look too messed up. I'd probably end up puking all over them. You may say personality is very important, but when it comes down to it, if you don't have the looks, you don't get noticed.

-Dude... if you think a chick doesn't like you or she's acting like she's not.. here's a new concept: MOVE ON. It's not that hard, you see, you just go out, find a different girl to bother, and you're all set. Now that's not so hard, is it? Oh, and don't bitch about how hard it is to ask someone out, just incase you plan to. I've done it a few times my self, and it's not that difficult.

-Lots of girls don't want to hurt a guy, that's why they pull the whole "Let's just be friends" thing. Now personally, I'll just say "Sorry, I don't feel the same way." Once I told a guy that and he CONTINUED to bother me. I finally just told him to f**k off Smile

-Lastly, like Fallen said, get some balls and ask the chick if you want her. Who cares if her friend doesn't like you? Not everyone's going to like you, I hope you know that. You just have to deal with it. Either way, if she's going to let her friends tell her what to do, she's not worth the time of day. I hate people like that.

I have a few loose screws, but at least I'm innocent! Wink

Not all relationships have to be serious some are just meant to mess around in. Its now like your going to find your true love with your first boyfriend/girlfriend. i mean it happens but its rare. I for one in a regular relationship expect some ass and thats about it. But if i really like the guy then i would prefer his ass to be loyal and have alot in common. Im not that picky Very Happy

I'm looking for a 5'11" male with long bleach blonde blonde hair, blue eyes, pouty lips, slim, at least one pierced nipple, who can sing, is a master guitarist, loves wearing black leather, especially stage pants, is funny as hell, pulls in at least $2 million a year, has written no less than 4 hits, and is completely and utterly loyal.

Do you think my standards are too high? Rolling eyes
