You have to upload it somewhere on to the internet if you do not have your own server. There's tons of "free" webservers out there, like Geocities, Freewebs, T35... Just find one you like and upload all your stuff on to it. o_O;

this 'free websites' also lets you personalise your webpage with its own tools and can guide you so you don't have to worry.Knowing a little Javascripts helps a lot too.  |

Javascripting, C++ and C# are too advanced for people who just want blogs. |
