I love cats, wish I had one now especially. You know, something fuzzy and soft to substitute my friend's kiwi-like head while he's away in the Navy.
Get a dog, they love you unconditionally and they're loyal and have better companionship than a cat who will just wander around and do it's own thing and come up to you on occasions for food.
Yeah, I don't hate dogs but I don't like them either. Most dogs I've been in the company of don't leave good impressions for me to consider having one for a companion. I've been scratched, I've been bitten, I've had one attack my crotch head on with its nose (it hurt Sad), they've destroyed some of my prized possessions without a thought, as they're wont to do, I'll give ye that.

I dunno, I'd like to stick with cats. They don't get in the way like dogs will, most of them; they don't bark and I find that particular noise annoying; they might wander and do their own thing but I'm the same so it's no real bother to me. =\ And kitters are fashionable, lolz.

Meh, I'll shut up, I offer no good arguement so I shall leave thusly....now.

funny you should type that.....i've just found a dead baby bird under the desk that my cat killed.....dunno how long the poor birdy's been there....and he gets mice and kills them infront of you...poor creatures.....cats are mean i suppose but then again it's their natural instincts to do it.....and it is their survival thingy.....but i defiantly prefer dogs....they are more sociable ^_^

Its natural to a cat to fend for itself. Unlike dogs. They're lazy and need someone to take care of them. So Razz !

Ya know we have this woman kitty corner(no pun intended.) from us and she will shoot your animal if it comes on her grass be it dog, cat, rabbit just whatever. man she has problems! i mean hello its just grass! im not for dogs,i mean i dont care for them much. im a cat person but i dont like it when they are shot down just cause they/it trotted across the front lawn. i mean my sister was rideing her bike and fell down on her lawn and got scratched up good, and the lady is like "get off my grass!" i know that a different topic cause were talking bout dogs and cats here, but anyway.

Well, I was a cat in a past life (supposedly, still yet to be proved, and proved it shall be), but I owned a dog for 11 years up until we had to have him put down in january. Guess I'm a mixture of both, I'd find it easier to own a cat, but dogs are more compassionate and loyal. I'm on the fence with this one.
Can cats sniff criminals? Can cats dig people out of avalanches? Can cats sniff out drugs and land mines? Can cats be lifeguards? Can cats guide blind people? Can cats save people from having seizures? Can cats bring hope to children with cancer? Didn't think so, but dogs can! XD
Umm. seizures,YES. I have seizures. I have had them since the 3rd grade. Most people dont give cats enough credit. by the way can you train a dog to use a fork, knif, and spoon when they eat?
